Why would you when there's revolut or monzo

Pay to transfer in, pay to transfer out (£8 on one transaction!). Then takes your money and puts you on stop asking for proof of identify. Didn't ask when it loaded the money! Worse on the app wants a photo of a bill, who has hard copies anymore? Can only upload on a browser not the app.
Obviously not a patch on monzo or the king of these cards revolut. Thought I'd try it, wish I hadn't.

Very impressed, great product, great service

As an ops manager running some of the biggest names and brands on B2C, huge volumes a day, there is nothing more annoying than someone doing it better.
It literally took a day or so from ordering for a perfectly packaged item to arrive, jewellery looks great, led box is a great idea and so very quick. Very impressed and hats off to their whole operation.
If i had to pick one fault out it would be the engraving wasn't centrally aligned but was right justified. But a small issue that I guess would need to be advised on ordering. But five stars all the way for the product and the process.

Awful experience

Awful experience, finally got money transferred in, didn't like anywhere i tried to transfer out out saying they think it's a scam and 1 in 5 people lost their money on it. In the end transferred back to my own account I sent it from and it still stopped it saying possible scam ??? In limbo for hours, worst account I've ever had, shutting the second it clears. Revolut, Monzo and even Wirex and 212 are far far better

It's better than nothing, they may not have all companies allowing them the info, not many do, but it's always worth a try as you never know and it's a free service anyway, no commission, none of the no win no fee crooks. So just using them either makes you no better off or gives you a pleasant surprise, so why not?

Not the best platform I've seen tbh

Not the best platform I've seen tbh, the reason for one star though is responsible gambling. It has deposit limits like every other site, but to time out or self exclude i still can't find? It talks about them in the usual script they have to display, but easily doing it seems to be another matter.

Hoping as the first review it may help others.

Teklynx Codesoft has always been a great favourite with us for years, we have used the top enterprise versions for many years. Been with them since the Labelview days.
I have always recommended it to many others, would've given it 5 stars plus.
Perfect for SQL and formulating.

We are one of the most intensive complex users of labelling, dealing with all major high street names and are a 1P supplier to Amazon. Designing through our erp systems in many instances.

However the latest update we have done for W11 is extremely disappointing, and considering the very high price for Codesoft I would not expect to have to buy a licence on top (that's limited as well !) for every single printer we use that goes through an API call.
We have 120 printers !

This is principally so very wrong, I'm guessing just an unnecessary extra charge someone thought of adding on to just increase profit margin.
In my case I've already removed the vast majority of printers to other software and I'll be looking to move next time completely to another software if they continue to charge.
Well done to whoever came up with idea, hope they got a bonus.

All I want to do is buy an overpriced iphone as a gift for someone, yet I can't find any way of doing it.
Online it says use a guest checkout, but where? It constantly asks me to login or create an apple account which it won't 'let me do at this time' ? Anyway.
Is Apple part of scientology or something nowadays? I think the decline will start very soon for them

great service

I wish I could give more stars, these drones are a lot more granted, but they are seriously good quality and the best to fly. After two days though I raised mine up to roof level, then lost all control and it flew off never to be seen again. Landed in a train track in the end so I knew where it was thanks to their great tracking features but simply couldn't get to it, I contacted DJI, they were brilliant, they saw from the flight data I was not at fault and within a few days I had a completely free of charge replacement sent to me, even the carriage from the Netherlands was only just over a day. I love the quality, one day flight times will be better but can't say enough good things about their customer service. Thank you DJI

Rubbish, won't bother using again

Rubbish, paid online, selected the delivery service. But apparently that means nothing, they'll go in a 24hr or 48hr service. But apparently that doesn't mean you get it in 24 or 48 hours like everyone else in the world would do, no they mean it goes on that service, but the clock starts only when they actually bother to send them, which was a week later! Missed birthday completely.

Went from one to three stars as after all this they have offered a percentage refund.
However it's not a missunderstanding, I'm in charge of the operations for some of the uks largest distribution firms, with dozens of b2c sites, shopping thousands a week and also a very large amazon 1P supplier and i have never seen a carrier service being offered to b2c as 24hr or 48hr option, when that is no correlation at all to what time you get the goods? Could be a day or over a week.

best freight management firm

great platform, great account managers. We have very large contracts with many carriers and using GFS we can seamlessly change from any of the major carriers to another without the worry of burning bridges if it doesn't work out. Been with them years and would never go back to direct contracts with a carton carrier firm.
The biggest benefit is a very professional, knowledgeable account manager that is always helping with any changes.

the best freight company I have ever dealt with, seamless software, brilliant customer service. I really can not fault a single thing. Even international consignments are smooth. Plus they often go the extra mile when we have last minute 6 figure dispatches urgently due.
I have dealt with dozens of freight networks and Palletways are by far the very best, by a huge mile

1 star because their customer service people are professional. It's their ecommerce side that's an amateur joke.
Site says order by 3pm for processing next day, fair enough.
Pay extra for 1-3 shipping days, fair enough, standard practice.
But that apparently doesn't mean it ships on day1, the 1-3 shipping days clock only starts from when they decide to actually dispatch it which could be a week away !?!?
That's the most deceptive, outrageous platform I have ever seen.
If I am quoted a time to put an order on and then pay extra for a 24, 48 etc.. service then I expect it to be delivered in those time frames as I expect day one to be day one !
As a result wasted money, missed a birthday and stuck with merchandise I don't want.
I run some of the biggest names ecommerce in the country and I have never come across such a practice, even talking to other ecommerce professionals they all just think it's hilarious it's that bad.

Subscription trick

Moonpigs starting to get like amazon to trick you into subscriptions, endless little boxes offering SAVINGS, FREE CARDS, MAJOR
DISCOUNTS in bold dominant places of processing, Not so dominat text telling you you will be stuck with a monthly subscription though? (see what i did there) I don't like these underhand tactics so after years I'm trying other competitors.

No safer gambling tools at all

Been with LB from the very start, as gambling sites go it could be great, but for those millions with a problem addiction its life destroying as there are literally no safer gambling tools available, no time outs or delays or caps, you have to ring up and as they all know most people won't do that. Also not good they broke their promises on nft holders and the only small benefits are made if you manage to set up the telegram nft bot version, wheres all the original promises, car prizes etc.. could be a great site if it had nft benefits and gambling controls. The latter tbh should be law now for the amount of lives it ruins.

Update to below response ;

The only tools that work for someone with a gambling problem is being able to block themselves for a period from an app or website themselves. This has been proven on countless studies.
Advising sites to go for help and phone numbers, or even chat methods I'm afraid do not work effectively.

The nft chance to win is open to all, no longer just as incentive to nft , you literally only get 10 points extra for having one.

I do like luckyblock just saying it would benefit those with a problem to have proper app controlled tools they can use.
I do understand this should be mandatory by controlling bodies though and that's were the problem lies, gambling sites understandingly aren't going to help people to stop gambling without laws in place, after all it's the addicts that are most of the income.

sloooow, but brilliant customer service staff

Since October I've tried to transfer out and old company pension.
As a pension adviser is involved it's now already cost me nearly £2k, and costing me more each week longer it takes.
I'm not getting any accurate information at all. Their records were wrong in the end and I had to advise them they were sending letters to a company that had closed down ten years ago (when I finally got them to state their processes).
They had the insolvency agency as a trustee, twenty years out of date and completely wrong so I had to get the courts myself to write to them so they could tell them that too.
But then when they acknowledge all this and I ask for it to be accelerated there's just no accurate information given, they can't give eta's or even estimates.
Would be one star but in fairness the staff are always polite and courteous, they help as much as they can, it's not their fault the system is so slow and the lack of time plans in place. Plus every pension company is painfully slow. But this has been 3 months now and I've had to be Sherlock Holmes to actually find out what was stopping it, and then sort it, yet still no sign of anything happening ! doesn't help the site and apps being down for a week. At this rate I'll have either used it all to pay costs or I'll be officially retired.

Update is finally gone through;
and thanks to all the customer service, and the last guy that went above board, going to give 4 stars as their customer service care and are extremely good

Good and bad

Liked the casino but gas fees are relatively high everywhere which doesn't help.

Do not like the fact prc's are not getting what they were promised, ie weekly free lottery, lambo (4 years now!), value hasn't moved either. Not exactly an ape nft.

Casinos good though, nice platform, nice escalating points system. Nice selection of games.

Telegram bot is rubbish and crashesthough, but if you're prc you have little choice.

Overall not bad but the big Big let down for me is there is no online tools to help addiction!
Only option is to talk to someone.

There's no deposit limit tool, no time out tool etc, nothing at all.
With the amount of gambling addiction issues and extremely high depression and suicide rates that are caused by gambling, this is not just irresponsible but morally bad of a firm nowadays.

If it had the gamble aware tools I'd have given it 4 stars.
But it's 2 stars because there is no easy responsible gambling control. (This should really be law nowadays)

Update;
From latest update I'll happily give LB 3 stars if they get the tools in place.
I could never give 5 stars a I personally ended up bancrupt and losing my pension pot as well.
But I don't blame the casino, they do what they are allowed to, it's the laws that fail people.

Ordered Sunday, personalised glasses, and they turned up Tuesday ! really good service.

Not the worst engraving either, wasn't expecting highest end but it's above average for sure.

Even googled voucher codes and got 15% off (always worth trying).

My only real gripe was I ordered the two champagne glasses and a champagne bottle bundle.
So I was expecting for all 3 to in a proper presented gift box.
But alas the glasses were fine in a gift box, the bottle just separate so now not the easiest way to give as a wedding gift.

But impressed by the speed.

Good international freight

Out of all the international freight carriers I deal with k&n seem about the best one everything's set up.
We send everything DAP so once the power of attorneys are in place its simply a bit of paperwork and an email.
I get responses in minutes, quickest firm I've ever dealt with for response.
Sales staff are very polite and very efficient. Plus they are targeted on quantity of orders not price so they are competitive.

Any one dealing international freight I would highly recommend chatying to them.

Plus collate all your hts/coo lines on a commercial invoice and you'll save loads on admin by the line charges 😀

Good carrier

Used to have huge volumes with ukmail, had a few problems and changed.
However Have to say out of all the major carriers ukmail were never that bad.
Middle of the road on price and service but would recommend them.
