Purchased shoes for my mother, here were the issues:
1 No confirmation email of purchase therefore no receipt.
2 Wrong size.
3 She did not like them any way so applied for a refund. (FYI posted to us straight from China)
4 Rohan (a name I have seen on another review) Offered a refund but I have to post to Toronto for them to confirm the condition. (Not the London address which is on the web page). I suggest they should state this on their web page, they replied they can offer store credit. I do not want anything from the store.
5 I posted them and sent proof of postage/tracking no. as they requested (at further cost to me), 2 days later (before they have seen the shoes) they said they can only offer me store credit "... we cannot process a full refund simply because the product did not meet your personal taste".
Because this was a gift, too long had passed so the 14 day UK returns law was not applicable, however to offer a refund, and then go back on it once I have posted it is just immoral. I cannot resell, or find someone with size 4 feet to give them too!
I have replied pointing out they had asked me to post them, so we shall see if I hear anything back.

Thank you for replying here. I did get a response from Rohan and I have received a refund minus any postage, which I accept.

Please May I encourage your team to proved order confirmation emails though; I did not receive one which was disconcerting and meant I could not prove it was the wrong size. I have added one star for this refund.

I purchased a pair of hearing aids from relieve and had nothing but trouble with them. The last thing that happened to them was that the right side fell completely apart when I was trying to pull the aid out at the end of the day. The end pulled off completely and I was using the proper piece on the end of the hearing aid to remove it from my ear. I sent a picture of the broken parts to a guy by the name of Rohan. All he said was that they don’t warranty items that arrive in perfect condition. How would he know what condition the hearing aids were in when they arrived at my home. They were in good condition when they arrived, it was simply poor manufacturing that made it fall apart and I had only used them approximately 10-15 times. I will never buy anything from this company again. Now I am out over a hundred dollars. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they don’t warranty poor workmanship in any way.

This is a piece of junk . Item not as pictured. It is of no use!

Order number 161263 - I placed this on 1/1/26 and was happy to see that according to the website, it was a uk based company with eu offices as well. Delivery was supposed to take 4-7 days. Today is the 17th and still no tracking available or delivery imminent. I have emailed requesting a refund for this order, as I have not received it, as per the terms and conditions, but haven’t had any response.
The items apparently are being shipped from China. Not what the website said.
I am so very disappointed, and just want my refund at this point
Update - 20/1/26 still no tracking, or delivery. I have received email offering store credit due to the delay, but no response when I repeated my request for a refund. Not good enough

The product received wasn’t the correct size or color ordered. The shoes had a very strong chemical smell and certainly do nothing as advertised! Advertised 4-7 days shipping which is a complete lie, it took a month to get! Needless to say this company is out there selling garbage products from China! Buyer beware!

Website lists 24/7 customer service - I went days without a response. Website lists 4-7 days, it took almost a month and this was weeks *after* their representative informed me the order was expedited and ASSURED me it would arrive within the week. This is their original deceit; HOW CAN AN ITEM ARRIVE IN 4-7 DAYS BEING SHIPPED FROM MAINLAND CHINA. There were constantly shifting delivery dates and the entire process was dishonest. There MUST be better options available. Now I’m left to “hope” for a refund after (for weeks) I repeatedly requested the order be canceled. They should email a shipping label and refund upon transit but considering my experience thus far, I’m sure this won’t be the case.

Despite the reply from WeRelieve asking to contact them directly for an expedited refund, etc. - this again was completely dishonest. They emailed saying it was against company policy to deviate their refund process whatsoever and I would need to pay for return shipping. Additionally, Trustpilot lists that companies can’t offer to incentivize anything to remove a negative review - this is exactly what WeRelieve emailed me privately to do. Again, this company’s dishonesty is on full display if you read their insincere public response compared to what has been communicated in private. WeRelieve has demonstrated that while they are easily able to deviate from their advertised policies and are willing to offer repeatedly inaccurate to their customers - they will not deviate whatsoever from their stated policies in order to make up for their mistakes, which seems to be incredibly hypocritical and demonstrates the extent customers are valued.

Ordered on 12/04/25. Came on 12/23/25. Wrong style and wrong color. Size was correct, so I give them one star. Do not order from this company!

Really happy with posture corrector. Would be 5 stars but the size chart doesn’t seem to work. Ordered Large, then XL, then XXL to get correct fit. Company did work with me in getting correct fit.

I ordered some snow boots on 23rd November for a holiday. The company advertised delivery within 4-7 days. The boots arrived on 11th December, long after I had returned from the holiday and after me sending emails enquiring why the boots had been sent from China to the UK and then returned to the airline. To add to the frustration the boots are the wrong size and I am not going to pay the international shipping cost to return them. What a waste of money and time! I would never recommend this company.

Everything went good. I received an in-house credit for an item I purchased that wasn't to my requirements. The order arrived in time mentioned. Good product.

I purchased knee support that never arrived. Please do not order from them anything they are a scam !!!

I purchased a pair of orthopaedic boots to support my recovery post and ankle fracture.i got no e mail of confirmation of the order and no identifying receipt number.
They arrives after12 working days.
I received NO e mails at all.
No receipt.
These are very poor materials. They seem to have plastic sole and edging. No good grips to speak of and are way too narrow for my swollen foot.
My e mails to the company have been erratically replied to with instructions to return the boots to a Canadian address. They still haven't supplied an invoice number!!!

I purchased a shoulder brace for my daughter. She received it and immediately put it on to try it out. She wishes that she could have gotten a brace like it right after her rotator cuff surgery. As it was, she was only given an "arm sling" which wasn't enough support to keep her arm immobile. I was actually trying to find a brace with magnets sewn in, but none were available. What I did order is working.

This is a scam company. They say that they have warehouses in UK but thats a lie. They ship from China and when they say 4-7 days they are lying.
Another issue is that they say in the website that you can return if size is wrong. What they don’t say is that you have to pay for international postage, so basically when I get my item if I have any issues, it will be too expensive to return.
The reason I bought it was because they appear in the google search for shopping, and the reviews were great. What I didn’t notice was those reviews were from their website and obviously they are fake: the reviews in trustpilot shows how scummy they are as a company!

I got the shoes back in October. The bottoms of them are plastic that I immediately slipped in. They were too big. I wrote them October 14th October 15th November 17th November 19th. I've called them twice to ask them where I send the shoes for a refund. No response. Terrible customer service

Ordered shoes in UK size 6 on 22 October. Shipping time is advertised as 4-7 days but it took over 2 weeks to arrive from China. Upon receipt I advised the company that their sizing was way off - my daughter couldn't even get these on her dainty size 4.5 feet! I was told a new pair would be sent out and kindly asked for size 8 but have yet to hear anything further and now they want me to send the original shoes to Canada for INSPECTION prior to granting me a refund?? The cost of this is probably more than the value of the shoes! I feel so disappointed and stupid for buying from these people. Should've done more research...

I ordered small size Compressed socks I waited a long time for these to be delivered when they arrived they were the large size so no good to me at all.
This was back in October, I am still waiting for a replacement pair. I asked for a refund and was told the socks were on the way to me.
I am still waiting!
Will never buy from them again - I did not realise that everything comes from China.
They give a London UK address which is useless in helping with your order.
The goods could be very good but the service and delivery are not. I would avoid this company unless you don't mind the long airline waiting periods

I ordered a pair of shoes on Nov 1st. It is now Nov 13th and I still have not received them. I don't even have a tracking number yet. The website ensures 4-7 business day shipping time. I've sent an email to support for an inquiry 5 days ago, no response. What is going on???? Is this a legit company????
