I am very pleased with this company and especially with their customer service. I ordered a pair of boots but the were the wrong size. I contacted the company and without question they posted another pair which I received and they fit perfectly.
Hard to beat that sort of service. I can recommend this company to everyone. 👍 PS. I forgot to mention that I didn't have to send back the original boots. We Relieve suggested I give them to a charity and I did just that. 5 stars.

I’ve been purchasing a number of different types of products from We Relieve over this last couple of years since I had surgery for Oesophageal Cancer, mostly to support and improve my posture, I found their products excellent, I can now walk more upright instead of stooped, my wife also , she has knee problems, we both are very happy with the quality of merchandise we have purchased from WeRelieve and also their customer service and support is excellent, we would certainly recommend them, our quality of life has improved thanks to the help and advice they have given us. The knee braces I have fits and works perfectly. So far I haven't had any issues with them.
They do not slide down while walking or bending.

The first knee support was to small had to order larger on which was better support

I was very impressed with my knee brace! It fits perfectly snug around my knee. I love the fact I can wear inside my jeans or outside my jeans. I prefer outside my jeans. My knee is doing much better and I wear this every day except for the weekends. I love the quality and number 1..I love the fact that we are dealing with a company who really cares about our wellbeing! I would highly recommend this company! Communication is 100%.

Purchased a knee copper sleeve to help my knee osteoarthritis arthritis. It was slightly tight so I contacted We Relieve and was so impressed when they asked for the measurements of my knee and made a bespoke sleeve at no additional charge.The sleeve really helps when I am walking a lot, I would totally recommend.

I bought knee braces. I am satisfied with the sizing. I used a cloth tape to measure above my knee and used the table provided. Ive had these braces a year now. I had my first set braces for much longer. I wore them out. I wear them almost everyday. Im in the construction business. I couldn't work without them. Deliver might have been a little slow. Needed a good knee support for my knee, found this company advertising their product so thought I’d give it a try,
This knee support was well worth buying, it gives my knee great support while playing golf and with other activities. The one I ordered turned out to be a bit large for me, contacted the company who sent me a replacement at no cost to me and did not require me to return the other knee support.
I fully recommend this company to any body needing a great knee support.

My husband (who has Alzheimer’s) has serious mobility problems and we have Physiotherapist twice a week in an endeavour to keep him mobile. He has to use walker indoors and outside. I’ve bought Werelieve knee supports for him which helps him greatly and the latest ones are even better. He’s had falls at home and I would definitely recommend them for support.

I was having extreme pain in my ankles. When I got out of bed in the morning, I was screaming inside. Then I got the compression for my ankles and the pain was gone. I could even stand in place without having to moving around. The ones I bought from Walmart and CVS don't compare.

Prior to using the we relieve sleeve I couldn't last more than one or two games of Racquetball. Since I've been using it, I now play between 6 and 8 games 3 days a week. I,highly recommend using it

I guarantee you will not regret your purchase despite the ( fake ) negative reviews from competitors. ( yeh, they do that kind of thing ) A friend of mine and I got to talking about our aging mothers knees and he sent me the WErelieve link. I asked about custom fit and they were only to happy to provide a solution customized to my mother's tiny knee. She got it and absolutely loves it, wears it every day ( need to order a new one soon) she opted out of knee surgery because this helps so much. She hated the idea of another surgery at 83 years old. These guys went above and beyond. The first one I got was too big for my little old mums knee. They sent me a custom sized sleeve free of charge and it fit perfect, my mum loves it. When the time came to replace it, I had lost the contact info, so went and ordered with a competitor that 'appeared' the same, it wasn't - I never even got the product, the look alike company was a total $cam - beware. Luckily I found the original order and am getting my replacement for mum from a company I trust. Thanks WeRelieve!

Do not buy from this company.
I ordered Snow boots. They arrived very late- long after the stated 4-7 days.
They were the wrong size - too small
They were very narrow- I couldnt get my normal sized feet in.
Poor quality material and in particular soles not suitable for walking on snow/ice.
They have offerred to exchange for different size or offerred a store credit. neither of which solves the problem of poor quality and I dont need anything else( and having read reviews, wouldnt want).
They dont have a returns address in UK

I ordered a knee support and heated massager but when it arrived it was a cheaper version with the controller totally different to the one I ordered.
The battery life is rubbish I only get just about one 15 minutes session.I have been given 3 different return addresses so I am not sure which one is right the reviews for returning are very bad with people not receiving refunds. I would never buy from these again.
