Do not buy from this company. There is no returns policy. If you need to return anything, it has to go back to Toronto and the cost of the courier is nearly as much as the product. I bought a posture corrector. it does not fit anywhere and all it does is push your body forward.

Remarkably poor customer experience from beginning to end. Rip-off merchants basically. Company claim on their website to have premises in the UK from which they can guarantee delivery in 4-7 days. Reality was a delivery from China which took 15 days. Packaging was just a plastic wrapper, torn by the time it had arrived. Delivery company clearly keen to maintain a consistent approach: when no one was home, they simply dumped the package on our doorstep. Shoes themselves look cheap and shoddy, not worth the "discounted" price never mind the "full" price.

Received shoes that say size 7 but are actually fit like a size 6. Emailed them over a week ago. No response. Do NOT order from this company. I have been bamboozled from my hard-earned money by WeRelieve.

Update: I did reach out to them. They said that a larger size would be sent out but never asked me for a size. Still waiting for mystery replacement. I won’t hold my breath. Btw, I just lost my job. I want a refund not a replacement. This company should be shut down.

We Relieve and their owner Rohan Chainani are a total scam. The products he sells are cheaply made and drop shipped directly from China The quality is bad but the customer service is even worse. It took over a month to get our refund and they were reluctant to give the refund. Disregard the 90 day return policy. It is a lie.

Regarding WeRelieve response. I did reach out to customer service several times. They are very slow to respond and keep on making excuses/delays for refunding my money. I just want to protect other customers from WeRelieve and Rohan Chainani. They are a horrible company.

First of all they can get their sizing correct for things that need to fit your body. Secondly get better quality products. Customer service was good as they replaced an ankle support that was too small with their larger size free of charge but it doesn’t work well either.

If I could rate this a minus, I would. I failed to read the reviews & now they don't want to refund me my money. Stuck with a pair of shoes that I have no use for.

If I could have o star I would. No one answered my email. They took the money but no goods shame on you. You should be shut down. I ordered sciatica belt, I am in so much pain didn’t get it, now I have ordered another one elsewhere not happy. I did get my belt in the end, it was very late that’s all.

4-7 day delivery.
Took close on 2 weeks. No instructions how to use. Paid £26 instead of the £50 plus normal price. It’s basically a £10 item max. Made in China too. Bargain!
If I had paid £50 plus I would have used to hang myself. Feeling gutted at paying £26. Don’t be fooled by the shiny website. It’s better to just buy a cheap one from Amazon or eBay. Most likely the same and you may get instructions.
Emailed them but no reply so hence they can have review of exactly how I feel.

I wish I had of read the reviews first. I normally do a intense check of everything when I buy something online. Firstly I check it's not coming from china. This company is in fact china based. They are clearly lying that they have offices in UK, America and Canada which is a total lie. I'm still awaiting my back strap for lower back pain but I know the reason because it's coming from china through the cheapest delivery and I know now after reading the reviews that it will be cheap tac, made with cheap materials that will not do a thing to help me. I'm angry with myself that I didn't check this fake company out more. I will probably not get a refund either, these scammers will never refund you. Thank god I only bought one thing. People always read the companies names reviews on trust pilot and do a extra check on their address of contact.

I recently purchased a set of
WeRelieve™ OTC Hearing Aids at approx €217. They arrived in good order and the instructions were clear. I immediately began to use them in order to get familiar with them and in many respects found them quite good. However I discovered almost immediately that, although fully charged, they did not last even for 8 hours. Very disappointed.
Following my initial review I was requested to submit an account of my experience directly to the company which I did. Their response through their agent Rohan was immediate. He apologised for the inconvenience and set about issuing a replacement set which arrived around 12th November '25. The issue of power dying after a short time of use appears to have been resolved. They now remain active for 10 to 10.5 hours continuously.
Despite the initial hiccup I think that this product represents very good value for money. I know several people who have spent eye watering sums on hearing devices and been very disappointed. Ideally I would like the aids to have an actual power time of 14 or 15 hours but they are almost invisible when wearing them and they are comfortable.

AVOID - products arrive falling apart and no one replies to emails!! Terrible

Update ***** After reporting the company and writing this review that contacted me immediately and offered to send me a new posture corrector in my correct size for free! I appreciate the company resolving the issues I had. So I changed my review on my own accord to 3 stars ***** UPDATE*****still waiting on new posture corrector and have not received a reply regarding a new tracking number for the replacement.

I ordered a posture corrector which is too big for me . I requested a return through email and understand I have to pay the shipping costs, that fine although not great. After 3 emails, 1 email through their web portal, 2 phone calls and I have received zero customer service replies or answers. There is no way to make a return. This company is a scam. I reported a complaint to the BBB. Do not buy anything from this company!

I ordered shoes for my wife to wear on holidays to help her pain when walking, they did not arrive on time and i only knew there was a problem when i contacted the company to find out what the delay was, there was no communication from them.
I was informed they were lost in transit so cancelled the order but was told i could not do this as a replacement had already been despatched. After they arrived several weeks late I tried to return them but was told i have to pay delivery charges and the return address is in the USA so this is not viable. By the way on their website it states they have offices in London. What a scam , avoid at all costs.

Ordered a pair of shoes September 30 and still don't have an order or tacking number!! Sent numerous emails and they keep apologizing for the delay and make all kinds of (useless) excuses!

I ordered in ear hearing aids with app promise of 4 to 7 days delivery it's day 12 still no sign an no reply to my emails or cantact with them I've asked for a refund but not even got the decency to reply I feel it's a scam company and I won't see my money ever again PLEASE stay away from this company I wish I had.

After almost 2 years I had a reply from this company asking me to send the invoice number. Did this only to have it bounce back twice. The support email does not work/exist. Do not use this company. I’m not even sure this company exists!

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. You can’t get anyone the answer an email or anyone on the phone. Their customer service is nonexistent. I have been trying to get my message net back for days with no luck at all. I repeat DO NOt PURCHASE ANYTHINGfro this company!!!!!!!!

Read the terms before you buy! Says 90 day easy returns. What it doesn't say unless you read the fine print is that UK customers have to ship at their expense back to USA for refund. I would avoid buying for this reason alone

So far my experience has been frustrating due to getting the wrong size. And finding out about their return policy returns at your own cost.
However the customer service has been excellent at corresponding. And have agreed to send me out a new pair of shoes with the correct size at No Extra cost to me.
And not having to return the wrong pair.
I will update once I get the shoes that’s on the way.

Unfortunately although advertised as 'One size fits all' it did not fit correctly. Offering hassle free refunds is false. Although advertising a UK address, offering free delivery it hides the fact they are shipping from USA and require you to pay the postage costs back to the USA for a refund. Not a trustworthy or transparent company.
