I was charged for delivery despite the website claiming free delivery for orders over £65. Customer service falsely claimed that this is because I live in Highlands and Islands and then shut the case leaving me unable to engage further. I won't be using again due to poor customer care.

Due to your location being classed as Highlands by DPD, free delivery is offered on our 2 working day service. At checkout, you selected the express 1 working day delivery option, which carries an additional charge.
After you contacted us, we reviewed this and issued a refund for the delivery fee as a gesture of goodwill.
