I had to inform my bank that it was fraud transaction and my bank got me to call them to tell them the authorization code. I was wondering why they looked as if they were legit. Why can they still keep scamming others???

No returns call as promised and no follow up with solution
I called in yesterday. I spoke to a supervisor the supervisor said she would look into my situation and would call me back in two hours. I never heard back. It’s very difficult to get the help and solution we need.

Worst experience ever. Please do not deal with travel junction. It is been weeks since they have promised to refund me and it is still not be materialized.
