The delivery was good with the driver putting the package where I needed it.The instructions took a little time to understand but now it is all done my grand daughter loves it in fact she is always wanting to be on it!

Super easy to find and order the trampoline I wanted, and delivered really quickly. Excellent value for money. Not too tricky to assemble as long as you've got at least 2 people, and one of which has a bit of muscle. The instructions weren't brilliant but it was easy enough to figure out. I'd definitely recommend the trampoline and the company.

Trampoline arrived sooner than expected much to the joy of our daughter. Took a while to build but totally worth it.

The shape (rectangle) fits far better than a circular one and is better for flips.

Bought for our grandchildren who were thrilled, next door neighbour’s grandchildren love it too.
Would have given 5 stars if instructions had been a little more explicit. As usual some things are lost in translation from, I assume, Chinese.

I was really impressed with the customer service, who phoned me to thank me for my order and to let me know what delivery to expect over a bank holiday weekend. The trampoline arrived sooner than expected. It took two of us a couple of hours to put it up and we found the instructions very easy to follow. The kids are delighted with their new trampoline and have been out in the garden almost every day since. Super impressed.

Good price, good delivery and good trampoline, instructions were OK to put up too so all in all happy with the purchase and service. Son (12) loves the trampoline so happy there too.

I bought the 12x8 to replace a 10' round trampoline my granddaughters wore out. They find the new one much better for practising acrobatics, as more room for landing.
The build quality is far superior and much easier and quicker to put together. I had ordered on a Thursday and received a call to confirm delivery on the following Monday. However, it was delivered on a Saturday morning which was great for me but could have been left on the doorstep if I had gone away for the weekend.
It's been up for a month now, and it is considered a much appreciated upgrade from the old trampoline.

Received a trampoline as a gift at Christmas and only went to assemble it last week. Found there to be missing parts. Emailed them Saturday morning, received a call the same afternoon, missing parts were sent on Monday. No fuss and really helpful.
