Train Spread Arvostelua

Great and reliable service. I purchased tickets for three different cities, and due to a family illness, I had to cancel two of them. The process was quick and smooth, and I received refunds for both tickets without any issues. Whenever I reached out with questions or needed support, their responses were prompt and helpful.

The train booking was initially done by my son but for one journey Hong Kong to Beijing a train was taken out of service on the day of our travel. This was communicated to me and another train the following day was booked.
The service was excellent.

Chinahighlights is a serious and professional company that assist you in booking train tickets in China. They speak a very good english and are extremely helpful, moreover, they reply almost immediately to your queries. I highly recommend them.

Booking trains in China can be stressful. China Highlights provided a seamless service. From booking first and business class seats (on 5 trains) to fast well-done communications. Really fantastic!

Absolutely love these people. Hassle free, and they provide options if the train I selected isn't avaliable. I never have to worry about booking 14 days before tickets released.

Use China Highlights regularly and the service is flawless and easy to use. You can request trains as early as you want and then they will try to book as soon as these go on sale 14 days before. If they sell out then they will immediately advise other options (there are usually many).

Yes, I will give you high five. You were the only one giving me a Chinese train ticket without waiting list

Excelente experiencia, they contact me and in the momento of the parchase of the tickets i got them by email!

Thank you very much to all at China Highlights for the help and fast responses for the bookings of multiple train trips in China.

Easy to book, extremely responsive in replies, highly recommend! Booked 2 separate train rides with them. For the first train booking, tickets were sold out and they emailed me very promptly with an alternative timeslot for my confirmation and they executed the order almost immediately after. Second booking went without a hitch.

We booked our family’s train tickets through China Highlights for our trip from Beijing to Harbin, and the experience was very reassuring, especially as first-time train travellers in China.

We initially booked Harbin to Yabuli as well, but later decided to cancel and upgrade our first-class tickets to business class. The whole process was completely hassle-free. We dealt with just one staff member who was extremely patient, responsive, and accommodating, even after multiple timing changes.

The service gave us great peace of mind and made our family trip much less stressful. Highly recommended for families and first-time travellers.

Used China Highlights/Train spread for all my trains in china. Booked 7 trains with them and they were all straight forward. A few were changed by Chinese railway when booking but China highlights gave me alternatives needed and got everywhere I needed. Will definitely use again

The best for booking trains and even some activities in China. Fabio is my favourite - very prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable and makes impossible possible. I also once dealt with Vivi who delivered the booking as promised. Overall, China Highlights is Highly highly recommended!

I recently booked a G category (Bullet train) trip from Shanghai to Beijing through China Highlights, and it was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The convenience of not having to collect paper tickets in advance was a huge plus. You simply need to arrive at the train station one hour before departure, head to the passport counter lane, and show your passport to gain entry. The process was smooth and efficient, and I easily found my train number and departure time inside. Overall, it was a hassle-free journey, and I highly recommend this service for its convenience and reliability.
