Train Spread Arvostelua

Very easy booking process and extremely responsive customer service — highly recommended. I booked two separate train journeys through them. For the first one, the original train was cancelled, and they contacted me very quickly to offer seats on the next available departure the same day. Once I confirmed, the booking was processed almost immediately. The second booking went perfectly smoothly from start to finish.

I organised train from X'ian to Beijing through China highlights service. There was an issue over a double payment but they sorted it super quick.
They also explained how the train ticket system works in China and the whole process was made very easy. I would recommend for sure.

This was my first trip to China and I quickly realised how complicated it can be to book tickets in advance for the longer train journeys. ChinaHighlights were extremely helpful in sorting out what I required, including when one first choice was completely sold out. Good advice and good communication. All the received reservations and tickets worked perfectly.

Perfect. Everything was great

Great and reliable service. Tickets were sent to me as explained by email. Booking process was also very easy.

The train is cleaned. It was not full with many empty seats so one passenger from second class decided to occupy one of the empty seats. The announcement in English is clear. We are very happy with our experience riding the train.

I can recommend this company and their great services to book any ticket for travels by train. Best Hans

Annie was great help, she did everything that I requested, and her response time was quite quick.
Thank you for making my trip more enjoyable.

I booked a train with soft sleeper with them and everything was excellent. They helped me to understand the difference between solutions and answer very quickly every question. Also the assistance with WhatsApp was quick and perfect.

We started to arrange our train trips in China with this company several months before we travelled. It was easier to provide the preferred dates, train numbers and times and they quickly replied, providing information about the timeline and overall booking process. After tickets were released for sale, they were very efficient in keeping in touch and when our first choices of travel times were not available, they provided completely satisfactory, viable alternatives. The trick is to not be too tight with your travel arrangements on the day, giving yourself some room to move when first options aren't possible. Fortunately, there were multiple trains running every day from all the cities we visited. After confirmation by us of the alternative travel option, we received the train e-ticket number, coach number and seat numbers very quickly. Would not hesitate to use this service again on our next trip to China.

We booked 3 trains. Perfect and efficient service! nothing to complain. thanks a lot

This is the second time I've used them for train tickets in China. I was let down by Trip.com who didn't order the tickets on time and I missed the trains I wanted to book. Ordered with China Highlights and had tickets booked immediately. Great service.

Used them to book our overnight soft sleeper train for a family trip. At first the WeChat pay was a bit concerning, and I sent an email, after which Trent reached out and gave great clarity and advice.
Our tickets arrived as scheduled (email) and the journey was great. Xiexie Trent

Really had a great service. Just back from China and an unforgettable business class trip on Bullet train from Zhangjiajie to Shanghai. This was all possible because of China highlights train booking service. When the earlier train was unavailable, they managed to book the next one but also the best one. Thanks for your help which made our journey memorable.

We purchased 3 train tickets different cities. The whole process was very straightforward & supportive throughout.
Thank you.

I used the service to buy train tickets in China and found it to be very straightforward! They handled getting the tickets for me, sending me the electronic tickets, and also giving me tips about the process. It really streamlined things as getting train tickets from abroad is not that easy for China.

Accurate and reliable. They responded immediately to my request for a change. Highly recommended

Reliable service for China bullet train service

I was a little concerned as tickets are only issued a 5-10 days before but this company kept my mind at rest and delivered the tickets and communicated punctually.
Thank you
