I chose 1 star due to no option for a lower rating.
What went wrong: they placed an order that I did not authorize. When contacting the company 2 different sales folks ( they use cell phones with different area codes) told me that they would cancel the order. Next thing I know I have shippment information.... After several calls no answered I get an email telling me to accept the order and if I dispute all funds will be frozen and it will take a long time to settle.

order shows up not from Trail built but from Southwest Tire and wheel... the delivery driver call and tells me that he has an order for Southwest tire and wheel. I told him I did not order from this company.... Obviously this company Trail built is just a on seller of stuff.

Trying to find out what the total cost woudl be I filled out the information but DID NOT SUBMIT. the cost was higher than other companies so I was going to order for another company. DO NOT enter you payment information trying to get an final cost with this group. they did an unauthorized charge on this order.

never again will I work or recommend this company. 4WP has better service and better priceing plus no gimmick chanrges

I am very happy with these Bronco running boards. They are aesthetically appealing and really enhance the overall look of the vehicle, giving it a more rugged and premium appearance. The build quality is excellent, and they feel extremely durable and sturdy.

Was in a pinch to get a wire harness for my headlights. Could not find them anywhere for they were all back ordered from Morimoto. Contacted trailbuiltoffroad. Found out they had them in stock. Ordered and they shipped out & arrived fast. I received the harnesses and installed the headlights 👍👍👍

Ordered a caliper. Almost 2 weeks later had not received any tracking info. Finally contacted them only to be told that the manufacturer did not have it in stock and no eta on when they might have it. In the meantime all other options I could have purchased were sold and I ended up having to order a different brand that I did not want. Not sure why it did not show out of stock on their website or why it took almost 2 weeks for them to find out the manufacturer did not have it? Apparently others have had a positive experience with this company. In two tries I have not. Just my experience but maybe if you just buy wheels and rims they have those in stock and get them shipped quick.

I needed to change a previous order on a Sunday not realizing they were closed. They responded by returning my call early Monday morning to find out the reason and had the issue taken care of ASAP!

The transaction and shipping was an effortless and flawless transaction. I couldn’t ask for more. No complaints from me. Too bad other companies couldn’t be as fast as these guys are.

I ordered a set of tires and wheels. I received my order in less than 2 weeks. It was delivered very well packaged, by a reputable delivery service, and without damage. All tires were ready to be installed. All additional parts were neatly included in the packaging. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Trail Built refused and ignored my attempt to file a manufacturer's limited warranty claim that addresses manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use.

I have called multiple times and emailed back and forth to only be ignored and brushed off.

Tire's official policy requires that all warranty claims be handled exclusively through the authorized dealer where the tires were originally purchased. Trail Built is an authorized reseller, so they are the correct entity to process the claim.

After their management team reached out we were able to submit the claim. Geena was very helpful.
Wished rest of their customer support were as helpful. Updated review as issue has been addressed. Tip: stay clear of cheap oversized off-road tires and stick to name brand tires.
