Never buy boots that say anything about used!!!!!!
I ordered a pair of boots which in their website was stated as "used-good condition". Upon arrival and opening the package i saw that the boots were completely broken to the point the sole of the shoe was ripping off the boot.
I NEVER used them and if i did it wouldnt last 1 second because it was just ripped off. I contacted customer support many times and when they finally answered, their email said: "the product description fully showed its conditions aswell as the 2 pictures that came with it, they provided detailed information to its condition......
Bare in mind the 2 photos showed the boot practically new and the product description just had "used-good condition" nothing else.
i have proof and now they cant refund or do anything for misleading the customer. crazy to say the least....

The item you purchased was clearly listed on our website as “used” and was accompanied by real photos of the exact product that was shipped. These photos were intended to accurately represent the condition of the boots at the time of sale.
It is also important to mention that approximately 99% of the products we sell are brand new. Within the small percentage of used items we offer, the vast majority are in excellent or near-impeccable condition. There are, however, rare exceptions where certain items show more noticeable wear — as was the case with this pair. This level of use was taken into account in the listing and is directly reflected in the significantly reduced price.
As the product was sold as used, some signs of wear are to be expected. For this reason, the price was set substantially lower than the original retail value — a product originally worth over €200 was sold for €50.
Our return policy, which is available on our website, states that returns are not accepted for used items. In this case, the item received corresponds to the information and photos shown on the product page. For this reason, we always offer customers the option to request additional photos or additional details before purchasing, and we are happy to provide them whenever requested.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve the presentation and descriptions of our used products.

Quatsch. Habe dieses Jahr im März bestellt wahrscheinlich deswegen Hanau 9 Monate. Einfach nur unseriös und traurig.
