Hi Janak,
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment with the size of the replacement door. We understand how frustrating it is when an item doesn’t meet expectations.
Just to clarify, we only apply a return postage fee in cases where the wrong size has been ordered by mistake. If the item supplied is incorrect due to our error, we would of course cover the cost of return or exchange.
Please contact us directly at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com
with your order details so we can review this fully and resolve it for you. We’d like to make sure you receive the correct size without unnecessary hassle.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve clarity and ensure a better experience in future.
