Unprofessional
I placed an order for an electrical box as the key to open isn't supplied with the box I ordered the key separately , they failed to deliver the key with the order, I rang them and told them to put it on my next order as I needed another box , second box came damaged and the key wasn't there , tried to send them an email and call them to no availability. Honest Review from an honest customer, I will avoid to give them business in the future.

Hi Sebastien,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the missing key and damaged box.
A replacement key was arranged and dispatched two days after your review, and we hope it has now safely reached you. We’ll also continue to review our internal checks to ensure that small but important items like keys are not missed in future orders.
We really appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to put this right.

Hi Dritan,
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. Your order was unfortunately delayed due to the access panels being temporarily out of stock with the supplier. You were informed of this at the time, and your full order payment — including delivery — was refunded in full shortly after.
While we understand delays are frustrating, we always aim to communicate transparently and resolve issues quickly when they occur. Our team did their best to assist throughout, and we’re sorry this experience left you dissatisfied.
We wish you all the best going forward.

Hi Jonathan,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time for your order. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when an expected quick turnaround takes longer than anticipated.
Your order was processed and dispatched as soon as possible, but unfortunately experienced an unforeseen courier delay outside of our immediate control. That said, we take full responsibility for ensuring a smoother delivery experience and are reviewing this with our logistics partners.
We appreciate your feedback — it helps us identify where we can improve — and we hope you might consider us again in the future.
