Knowing I have a place to go to for…

Knowing I have a place to go to for parts for my 2017 Rav4, is a good feeling! I was able to "rebuild" my liftgate in a short period of time (only because I didn't pay attention to the broken/rusted mounts, then had to reorder) .
If I had one suggestion and that would be to make the parts diagrams more legible. They seem rough at first glance but with a bit of knowledge, I was able to "see" what the part was.
Keep up the good work everyone!!!

Your company’s packaging was awful

Your company’s packaging was awful. No protection. Just threw parts in a box without any wrap, or paper. Won’t order through your company again

Damaged steering rack + terrible customer service

Ordered a steering rack from them since it was cheaper and OEM. Heard a lot of good things about this site but when my part showed up it was just sitting outside the cardboard box. They basically didn’t package it at all and it was damaged.
Customer service is pretty bad too. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner at all. Took a whole month of going back and forth and sending more photos before they finally said the best they could do is let me return it, but I have to pay for packaging and a 20% restock fee. They also wanted the original boxing and labeling to still be intact, which is ridiculous because they packaged it so poorly that the box and labels were already heavily damaged.
