Warranty claims
Had a tower sensor bin for around a year and 8 months, the lid broke off from the hinge, it had 3 year warranty, claimed on the warranty, after sending a few photos tower honoured the warranty and had the replacement in a few days

Handheld Vacuum Cleaner…
Received excellent customer service from Elle at Towerhousewares. My Handheld Vacuum cleaner stopped working and I informed Elle who helped me secure a replacement under the guarantee. She kept me up to date at each stage of the process!

Air cooler fault
I had purchased an air cooler but the water tank failed. I pursued advice from Towerhouse and arrived at the desk of Elle. She could not have been more helpful and my problem was solved extremely quickly and fuss free. Absolutely superb customer service. Thankyou !!!!

Customer service second to none
Bought Air Fryer with 3 year warranty and after 2 year 4 months it gave up, after contacting and going through a few steps- I received a replacement.
Yesterday with only 2 months on the original warranty, my replacement Air fryers element broke up and after contacting customer services and going through a few steps with Joseph, I will now receive another replacement.
Although I was very happy with both fryers and would rather have had no problems with them; customer service made the process as streamlined and stressless as possible and hope next replacement will see me through a couple of years 😀

Excellent Customer Service!
My air fryer was only a few months old but I noticed an issue with it so emailed customer services. Joseph can back to me the following day and dealt with my problem quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. A new air fryer arrived 2 days later so I can’t fault the customer services team!

Joseph is the man here.
Joseph is the man here! I have an air fryer leas than a year old, but I don't think he knew that at the time of contact. A small piece of plastic broke off, which rendered the fryer useless, and after an email, Joseph replied and kindly investigated spare parts for me, and within 2 days, those parts were on their way, no charge. I'm blown away by his actions. Brilliant service, would recommend Tower and if you're lucky enough to deal with Joseph, you'll get 5 star service. Thank you.

The response was quick, the attitude and manners was great, thanks to Ezmie it was all sorted out, my appliance was a month out of warranty but as a gesture of good will it was replaced, good people to deal with and thanks again to Ezmie and her colleagues.

I have worked in a warranty dept and Sara at tower was able to deliver the sort of service I often wished I could have done, three e mails confirmed the fryers details and The simple diagnosis was to replace it after sending proof of purchase and a picture of the disabled fryer arrangement of a replacement was confirmed.
