I continue to be confused as to what updates have been done to my house, contents and car insurance.

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your only email address on file is your Gmail one. Two of your policies were updated to reflect the new email address, and your car policy was moved from a duplicate reference to a single reference with the other two policies to allow you visibility and access to all of your policies online.

Easy going…
Easy to setup an insurance via internet. No setup through the internet for a motorbike which I find not good. One alway have to call them.

We recognise that the motorbike policies require you to call us and this may not always be the most convenient option for you, currently these policies have additional information that is required to check with our Risk Assessment team before we can issue them which impacts our ability for this to be a purely online process currently. I find telephone conversations with…
I find telephone conversations with your staff long winded and confusing. It seems to take too long to establish basic facts, determine a course of action and confirm. On several occasions recently a simple matter has taken far longer to resolve than I think is reasonable. If I had been doing it face-to-face at a local office it would have taken less than a minute …. Through your 0800 number support team it took about 10 minutes. I don’t consider that progress.

Dreadful. Both for setting up insurance and the claim. Repeatedly not replying or responding. Even after phone calls and promises. Eventually one employee in particular made the effort for me.

Your website made it impossible for my wife to Register/log on so she could cancel her policy on line. So I was obliged to do it over the phone (my wife had a severe sore throat) and your operative had the most shrill voice, I had to hold my phone at the end of my arm.
