we paid then received an email 'if you have paid ignore this email'
why would we ignore an email when we have no confirmation if payment went through
there should be two emails - one you have paid or two you have not paid

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Made a claim in our rental insurance policy, was mucked around for 3 weeks, had to delay our new tenants due to not knowing the claim outcome then was finally told we would have to pay 11 excess to have the carpet replaced!!!!! This as despite calling Tower and being told that we wouldn’t have to pay multiple excesses. Asked for the phone call to be reviewed then was told I had misunderstood the information. Asked for a complaint form, nothing was sent. Have cancelled all our Tower Insurance policies as a result. Well done Tower.
