The local guide Sylvia was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about the areas that we visited and was able to impart it in a light and interesting way. She set the pace to suit the group and never rushed us along. She was fully involved in all aspects of our trip to ensure everyone had a great experience. The hotel we stayed in, in Montecatini Therme Hotel Sante Croce di Malta was also excellent. Staff, especially the housekeeping staff were so obliging. Food there was good, we had our two group dinners there, but we ate out a lot as it was very centrally located Pool area was small but was never too busy and towels were provided. Highly recommended

This holiday was probably a once in a lifetime experience for most people. Whilst the week in Tuscany was up to the usual "Topflight" standard the highlight was without doubt the Bocelli concert on Saturday night. This was a magical night beyond being capable of a verbal description-it must be experienced even if one is not a Bocelli fan. As usual the elements controlled by Topflight were carried out with professionalism and efficiency and were beyond any criticism. Based on my wide experience of travel I with not hesitate in voting Topflight as number one tout operator in Ireland.

Fantastic hotel. Staff couldn't be any nicer. Food was fantastic. It's about a 20 min walk into Malcesine town, but there is a courtesy bus run by the hotel in daytime hours, and an urban bus in the evenings. Really didnt want to leave. Malcolm our topflight rep was excellent. Can't speak highly enough of the complete holiday.

We travelled on an escorted trip to Tuscany, we spent seven days in a fabulous hotel with Great staff, the height of the week was an Andrea Bocelli concert which was out of this world, we also did some amazing trips in between with a brilliant guide . We met lovely people and spent the nights getting to know each other. All our doubts about going on a guided tour went out the window after the first night. So here to the next trip.

Christina was outstanding and so helpful .constant contact and check ins even with delay with trains in Italy she monitored everything and kept us upto date

The number of steps from the 7th floor to the garden guest rooms.During hot periods in the summer this may pose a problem to more elderly clients.
There was no escape plan displayed in our Garden Room. As there is a lot of trees around the this is a major problem in high season as fire is a major risk.

As a solo traveler approaching retirement, i found Topflight to be very helpful in assisting with my first trip to Sicily. My flight, transfer and accommodation were all excellent.
The staff at the Ariston Hotel were very friendly and helpful plus the rooms and all areas extremely clean. I would definitely return based on my happy time there.

The two Ladies I dealt with Any & Sharon, so informative and helpful , easy to speak to . Helped me decide on the best hotel to suit my needs .

From once we arrived in Naples airport we were looked after so well by our Topflight reps. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and obliging. Our trips (3) were amazing and so easy - we just relaxed and allowed ourselves to be looked after.
Our hotel (Bristol) was very comfortable and staff extremely pleasant. Location was excellent.
Breakfast was very good with great choice. Dinner was not as good, we felt it was a bit canteen type food. In light of this, we had lunch in lieu of dinner on some days and ate out in restaurants at night.
I must single out our hotel rep, Lindsey. We stayed on for a further 3 days in the Minerva Hotel (which was really lovely) and Lindsey organised a late checkout from the Bristol and an early check-in at the Minerva.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday, due in no small part to Topflight. Well done to all who looked after us.

Excellent service from start to finish . Really enjoyed our trip to Sorrento. Coach picked us up from the airport, met by the lovely Lorna, who gave brilliant advice and tips . Met with Lyndsey the next day for a little walk about and again, she was great also. Booked Pompeii trip through TF, was brilliant and very well organized. The tour guide was great. Stayed in Hotel Bristol, highly recommend. All the staff are so lovely and the service, location excellent. Would definitely recommend booking your holiday with Top Flight.
