Everything was perfect from the guides to hotel and staff. Resort managers were so informative and knowledgeable. They couldn’t have done enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They sent us documentation day before our tours so we knew exactly what to expect. Hotel Ascot was great location just a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful also. Great breakfast fresh fruit cereals as well as hot and cold buffets. Pool area and garden cafe were very clean. It was lovely to sit in the garden cafe full of shrubs and trees. Overall a fantastic holiday. A

The staff at top flight were very friendly they couldn't do enough and always saying that they were always there to help .they had great knowledge of the area and great shopping tips

Our flight was delayed for over 2hr, we were left sitting on the plane with no clear word on what was happening, the cabin crew were no to be seen.

We found it very convenient that our flights, transfers and accommodation were all organised by Topflight. We normally sort these independently. Also found it very helpful to have a Topflight representative on hand to provide us with information on the area/transport/sights to see. Malcolm was a pleasure to deal with.

I intend to return to Sorrento with Topflight to stay at the Bristol hotel against next year but early in the season to beat the rush. I have been many times but have never failed to be inspired by the Amalfi experience. I intend to return again next year, early in the season to beat the rush.

A very enjoyable tour of Puglia (11-18 June 2025}. The trip was very well organised. Our group mixed very well together and our guide Nicoletta was exceptional. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and she provided us with lots of interesting information. Her helpfulness and good humour made this a very enjoyable experience.

Flights, transfer & accommodation was excellent the fact we had an early flight got our Bungalow straight away was brilliant including value excellent

Excellent tour of Puglia, very well organised and educational. We also visited a Traditional Bakery, Family Olive Oil production company and a Farm, with cheese demonstration and tasting,
Comfortable hotel, Relais, Porta del Sud, in the countryside, excellent reception staff, arranged taxi for us and very helpful, (round trip taxi for 4 to Ostuni, closest town, €80.00, 4 people), lovely room with little outside seating area and large pool with lots of sunbeds.
Mini shuttle available 2 specific days, to local town and sister hotel, when no organised Top Flight tours are taking place. Would have been nice if it was available, even on one evening, to go to Ostuni for dinner. Only downside to hotel was the quality of the food.
Nicolletta our guide, was excellent, informative, knowledgeable and humorous. Entertained us and taught us a local song, Volare, which we had great fun singing in Polignano, written by a local, Modugno.
Loved every day and made wonderful friends.

The staff and the organisation the whole set up was excellent and the staff showed that they had a personal commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for all.

Our guides were very helpful and knowledgeable gave us little tips of shops to visit and mention T.F. for a discount. As we had done the tours before they told us of lovely villages to visit and great advice about the trains and buses.

I felt the meals in hotel were of poor quality. The tour guide did not have much local knowledge as she had come from Rome for the week I felt that on route to a tour there could have been some information on the area we were travelling in. Rather boring sitting on a bus for 2 hours and not having a clue where you were. The tour was described as "moderate" I would describe it as fast paced.In comparison to previous escorted tours I have been on.

The trip was well organised from start to finish with excellent people on the ground. Our guide and driver , Frans & Christine were exceptional and made the trips quite memorable.

Without a doubt, our tour guide Maria nna made our holiday experience first class.

Did not like hôtel - unwelcoming staff , poor facilities - no pool , very limited communal area / bar for evening . Food disappointing and fixed meal time with group very rigid - had 2 previous holidays with Topflight this hotel and staff compare poorly to others

Hotel was too remote and the food was poor. The tours and the guide were good but were too full on i.e. leave hotel at 9.00am and not get back until 6.00pm

I was very happy with our guide Marianna. She made our holiday a very pleasant one and was always full of information. Brilliant time in Sardinia.
