Excellent customer service
Top marks to the customer service agent Bini who set up my new policy for our puppy today. She was so clear & calm on the phone explaining everything patiently & in a friendly manner. She waited while I confirmed with my husband & was very professional.
A great example of why we still need person to person communication.
