We had a very successful viewing on a lovely property. The property was well described and just as pictured. Andrew showed us around and answered all of our questions. Very pleased with our experience.

Stephanie has done an excellent job in dealing with the progression of my new tenant into my flat, keeping me informed at all stages and with the issue of the new agreement. Well done!

I have been using The Personal Agent successfully for years. I recently had an interaction with Becky Moore. She was quite flexible, accommodating and professional in rescheduling our appointment to facilitate my availability. Good service.

Becky Moore at Epsom Personal Agent has been consistently responsive, helpful and professional in managing issues relating to the property I'm renting.

Mark was great at supporting us with our purchase. There were some difficult moments and he remained calm and professional to support us through negotiations. We are very grateful and settling in to our new home

Becky Moore is a great asset to the personal agent. Very personable and professional.

Stephanie and all the letting staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Stephanie had endless patience with us and positive at all times

Due to family circumstances we needed to turn to Personal Agent for advice and support with regards to some tenants we had. They were fantastic and guided us through the whole situation. Stephanie and her colleagues were really supportive and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough if you are a landlord.

Becky has been extremely efficient since the start of my most recent tenancy, the second one with The Personal Agent so far.
She has been on it with every issue and question I raised and she has been very helpful, responding quickly and with clarity.

The team, and especially Stephanie have been very helpful as one tenant moved out and we start to look for another. Thanks for making it easy!

Thanks to Becky Moore from Epsom branch for getting things done and moving with our property maintenance.

We’ve been customers for over a decade. Great experience. Very responsive. Becky has been particularly helpful. She listens fully and takes prompt action where needed.

The Epsom branch is a really great team. We have rented our flat in Capitol Square with them for five years and they have always been helpful and efficient. In particular, Stephanie has been really supportive and helpful and she has frequently gone above and beyond in answering our queries and advising us of our options.

Letting or buying a home comes with natural challenges and stresses that need to be overcome. It is unavoidable and inevitable, and I would not look for an agency to remove these from the wake. What I do look for is a partner, who can walk me through the process, think creatively, and who shows genuine care for the outcome that I am looking for. Callum Kirby and The Personal Agent have been fantastic partners throughout my journey and I feel well looked after as a result. I also want to thank Natasha Sanchez for stepping in and providing equal service and partnership when Callum was OOO. What a great team! I strongly recommend this agency.
