The Personal Agent Arvostelua

Becky Moore ( property management lady) she is an adorable women who helped us when we were in a stressful condition.

She did help and supported us in resolving the flooding issues in my flat, as well as arranging for the ceiling repair after it fell off. She kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to my concerns, and worked hard to ensure everything was dealt with as quickly as possible even multiple out of hours call outs and late working nights to ensure it was resolved.
Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I really appreciate all her efforts and the excellent service she provided.
I’m so glad that I have her as my property management coordinator.

Just arranged a new tenancy with the personal agent, natasha Sanchez was such great help from start to finish, highly recommend!

The whole process with The Personal Agent has been excellent. From our first contact with Richard, the quality video, and to viewings and feedback from Ray, Chis etc, has all been fantastic.
Sarah, in aftersales has also been excellent. She always responds swiftly to queries and helped reassure us through a stressful process. We would thoroughly recommend the team at The Personal Agent.

Becky Moore (Property Management) is an absolute legend!

My tenanted Property (in Epsom) recently ran into a couple of major issues (bathroom ceiling collapse & kitchen flooding).

Becky very skilfully managed numerous parties (me, tenants, upstairs neighbour, management company, Thames Water & contractor) during a stressful 8 day remedial process. She was able to keep everyone calm & get both issues sorted in the most cost-effective & speedy way possible!

Always quick to respond, very helpful/professional & was even happy to keep me updated well(!) outside of office hours which was greatly appreciated

Highly recommend :)

Thanks Becky

Company found us a buyer quite quickly and communicated well during the whole selling process.

Meeting Callum at Epsom Branch was a very pleasant experience and he quickly understood and listened to my requirements. He followed up with a viewing quickly and we made an offer on the property within a few days of our 1st meeting.
The team at Epsom were all very helpful to guide me through the references protocols.
We could not find any fault in our experience.

The Personal Agent are truly excellent. Callum in particular sorted me out in a flash with a specific query and I was so very grateful for his speed and accuracy. I can highly recommend them.

Many thanks to John and Mark at the Banstead Branch. John was always on hand to answer any questions I had in a professional and friendly manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend the personal agent.

Michelle is always helpful and knowledgeable. Always responds to queries very quickly and even if there is a difficulty it is dealt with quickly.

On the whole it is a very professional service at reasonable cost.

I’d recommend Sarah who helps see the sales through to a conclusion.
Tenacious with charm.

We had Andrew today, to view two properties in Epsom. He was extremely patient answering our endless questions. What a gentleman! We genuinely appreciate his time with us.

I've had a great experience dealing with Becky at The Personal Agent.
She has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. She kept us updated throughout and was great at communicating with our landlord, making sure things were followed up and resolved.
Most recently, she helped us with some garden works that had been discussed before we moved in and kept us informed every step of the way until everything was sorted.
It's been a pleasure dealing with her, and we really appreciate all her help.

Have recently partnered with The Personal Agent as a landlord, I have found the service and relationship great so far. The staff are responsive and agreement was straightforward. I also appreciate the quick responses and help by Becky!
