The continued outstanding support from the Personal Agent
Becky Moore, who recently joined The Personal Agent lettings team in Epsom as the Property Manager, visited us at our rental on May 6th. Becky was very attentive, was keen to look into any issues with the flat and promptly organised a visit from The Personal Agent designated maintenance company.

Fantastic Staff
Becky Moore at the Epsom branch has been nothing but helpful and responsive at all times. We had a couple of small issues left for us by a previous tenant which she swiftly resolved as well as helping us out with some amendments that needed to be made. As mentioned, Becky is responsive, polite and has made our experience very positive. I would also like to Mention Ethan Haddon who helped us out throughout the viewing and agreement phases. He was very helpful, friendly and also very responsive (even to our countless questions!). Both members of staff are a joy to deal with and we're very grateful this has been our first experience of dealing with a letting agent.
