I purchased an item on their website and paid for next-day Royal Mail delivery. I contacted them via WhatsApp to fix a minor postcode typo, and a representative used this opportunity to push me off the official platform and pressure me into making a separate direct bank transfer for samples.They claimed the item was dispatched, but the Royal Mail tracking number they provided remains stuck on 'We're expecting it,' proving the package was never actually handed to the courier. When challenged on the broken delivery deadline, the customer service representative became highly unprofessional, used text shorthand, and refused to issue a direct refund. I have reported this to the fraud teams at Barclays and Monzo to recover my money. Avoid this business.

I would strongly advise people to think carefully before placing an order with this company.

The customer service has been extremely poor and unprofessional throughout my experience. I repeatedly had to send emails and messages just to get updates about my order and try to resolve issues myself. Instead of receiving proper support, I was left chasing for answers.

After contacting Royal Mail directly, I discovered that my parcel could not be delivered because the address information on the package was incomplete. I then attempted to contact the company to arrange a resolution and request a refund, but they subsequently blocked my WhatsApp number, making communication even more difficult.

I was also informed that the item I originally ordered was unavailable, despite it being advertised and available for purchase on their website. It appears that some products listed on the website may not actually be in stock, and customers could end up receiving alternative items or facing delays and complications.

Based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution before ordering. Make sure you are comfortable with the level of customer service and communication you may receive if something goes wrong with your order.

Probably the best perfume company I have ever come across. I was a bit sceptic about ordering from them after checking out the Trustpilot reviews. But all I can say there customer support is the best. They take care of the customer and even ask their customer whether the order has been received correctly.I will be ordering from them again.

As in other reviews I received a WhatsApp message to say the perfume wasn’t available, there was promise of a refund which never came so I refunded through PayPal. Total waste of time

This is the worst company ever!!!!! Don’t buy from them.
Received a WhatsApp from them saying they didn’t have what I ordered!!! Did I want something else, said no I would take a refund, then I told them I was contacting Klarna, then they said I wasn’t getting a refund have all the picture of the chat.
Lots of reviews here saying this is scam.
The cheek from them was unbelievable!
I will be reporting them to HMRC check whether they’re paying tax & vat.

As written by some other people, yes they are scammers and I have been their new victim, Please people I advise you not to waste your hard earned money as times are very tough. Please don't get tempted to see cheap wholesale prices it is vat scam plus once you order in wholesale they will send you half of the stuff and keep rest of the money and later they will email you to say the prices on the website were wrong so this way you loose your refund. They don't respond to your emails. Have decided to report them to trading standards and hmrc. The perfume station you are not a professional business and you will not like this review and you will try to deceive more people.

They are scammers and they sell fake fragrances, avoid buying from them at all costs. I bought a rasasi hawas ice from which I spent around £35 on just to turn out to be fake, I watched videos online and compared my hawas ice with the real ones and theres a significant difference in colour and its ment to last for days on skin but mine lasts 30 minutes and when I asked for a refund they said that “if” they find out that the fragrance theyve sold to me is fake theyll compensate and they said that it’ll take 3,4 weeks to get my fragrance back after reviewing and theres no guarantee that I’ll even get it back, so just avoid them and save yourself and ur bank account a headache

I ordered Barakkat Ambre Eve Extrait and received a dupe by Brandy called Amber eve which looked similar but was definitely not the same product. You don't realise this until you look closely by which point you have disturbed the packaging and tested the fragrance invalidating the return.
The perfume station do not respond to emails and pay pal have condoned the sending of an " alternate " product because it looks similar. Do not waste your money,poor service all around.

i don't understand these negative reviews from people.
I first got recommended by my friend to try out this site because of good the dupes are and i bought the LV Imagination fragrance first 2 weeks ago and it was exactly like the original one and i have been compliments left, right and centre to the point where two girls actually complimented me in the gym.

So i then decided to buy 6 more of a mix LV Ombre nomad to creed aventus and i am not disappointed at all. The smell lasts literally all day and sometimes stays on my clothes to the next day.

Very reliable and good company and should be more popular in my opinion!!

Do not buy from this company! They sent me the incorrect item, claimed it was essentially the same as what I ordered so got me to open the box to prove it was different. Then refused to refund me as the box was open and said they could only offer a 30% off voucher on future purchases. I stated that as per the consumer rights act, they are required to provide a full refund if they have made an error and sent the wrong item, they responded with ‘ok go to consumer rights’

I bought from this company after a saw my fav perfume which is hard to get , advertised specifically as inspired by them. YSL Y for woman .I ordered it as their site said it gave full refunds !!!!! Received it yesterday and the perfume dupe is nothing like YSL Y for woman .Infact! I emailed them to say it was more like Dior 's poison Infact it's a very good dupe for poison! ..asked how to return it for refund .and I have just had a reply saying as long as it's been unopened and still sealed no problem they will refund .😳 How the hell am I supposed to tell if it's the right perfume dupe or not if I don't open it . ? What a con company £25 quid down for a rubbish dupe that smells nothing like what they advertised it as . Do not buy from this company. They are very unserious, I received the broken products and they did not refund as promised.

Bought item did not arrive. Company refunded..but took a time responding, gave apology which I accepted.

I ordered two items, one by mistake so it made my order around £35. I asked them to refund me one of the perfumes as I had bought it as a mistake. No reply via email as I had emailed them straight after I bought it. The next day ‘your order has been recieved’ but I wanted a refund for one of the items? I contacted them via email and also use the WhatsApp number they provided. We can see their last seen on there and whoever owns it or runs the WhatsApp line is ignoring me as I can see when they had last used the app?
