Good service

Products arrived, they sent the wrong order on Wednesday, in which we told them impacted us. They have made zero effort to rectify the sending of incorrect products. I would honestly NEVER buy from this company again. Awful communication and clearly ignore you hoping the issue will go away. I'd stay well clear on this basis.

Excellent customer service received from supplier. I was very happy with the communication and standard of service I received. The supplier kept me informed about the shipment and was very efficient in answering any questions I had. I believe their product pricing is very fair compared to other places and the quality of product is outstanding. I would highly recommend Imperian to anyone looking to buy Arabian perfumes for men or women.

Everything is very good very quick everything

Terrible experince, box arrived and perfume was smashed around half of the total bottles came leaking spread all through ten box every one was unsellable, no contact when trying to reach them aswell so forcing me through a charge back claim. Terrible experience don’t buy from here

I cannot recommend this supplier. I’ve ordered many times and I have the same problem! You pay for 2-3 day shipping but the items are shipped a week after. Communication is non existent! You message them, they read the messages but don’t reply! I’ve requested a refund for the value of the shipping since it was sent very late and no response as always. As I mentioned I have used them many times but I won’t anymore! Other suppliers can provide same prices better service.

SCAM.
Seller undervalued the package on the customs form, so it was seized and returned. No updates, then ghosted when I asked for a refund. I only got my money back after a chargeback around 2 MONTHS LATER.
