NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM THE UK BRANCHES, their service and the OUD they sell are NOT the same you'll buy in Mecca or Medina, I bought RAMZ a product I buy four times a year from people doing UMRAH, since 2024 , so roughly 8 bottles of EXACTLY the same product.... I know the smell, bought SUPPOSEDLY ramz from their branch in London through their website, it arrived BUT the smell is not the sesame as I'm used to , I emailed their customer service, and they basically said ,P off politely.... WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE

Lovely and kind staffs. I give them 10 out of 10 which is a masterpiece. Meriem was so nice to me the best.

I received the item, rather late as one was delivered to wrong address. I manages to get another one sent out. The product looks really good quality in a case and a nice looking aftershave bottle. I have not smelt the item yet but I am looking forward to trying it tomorrow

Very disappointed with the product quality and customer service

I have been a customer of Arabian Oud for some time, which is why I was so disappointed with my recent purchase.

I bought two Signature fragrances 90ml from the Arabian Oud store in Jeddah KSA and spent approximately £116. Unfortunately, the quality of the perfumes is nothing like what I have purchased before. The fragrance performance is extremely poor and does not last as expected, making me question the authenticity or quality of the products.

I contacted Arabian Oud UK at info arabianoud.co.uk and provided my purchase invoice. Instead of investigating the issue, they told me that because the purchase was made outside the UK and more than 30 days had passed, they could not help and instructed me to contact the KSA Customer Care team.

I followed their instructions and emailed the KSA customer service team with all the requested information, including my invoice and product details. Unfortunately, I have received no response at all.

Before writing this review, I looked through other Trustpilot reviews and noticed that I am not the only customer reporting poor product quality and disappointing customer service. That is very concerning.

I am extremely disappointed—not only with the quality of the fragrances but also with the lack of after-sales support. I expected much better from a well-known luxury perfume brand. Spending over £116 and then being passed between different customer service departments without any resolution is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arabian Oud until they improve both their product quality and customer service.

Non existent customer service. Ordered a fragrance, which dhl never delivered, and told me to contact the sender. Sent them an email and called the office, but there was no response whatsoever. They never reply to their emails, regardless of what issue you have. NEVER order online from them. I’ve seen smaller businesses operate with 100% more efficiency. Absolutely shameful.

They are scammers and when they sold something its impossible to return or get a solution, so now I have to make a chargeback through my bank because of this scam. Bought a parfume in the store in Paris, Which was excellent service and the smalle was good. After returning Home to our hotel I wanted to open it but after removing the cellophane wrap around the box I Saw the tape on the sides already been cut. Therefore I was not happy after buying a 325 euro parfume. My friend also bought the same parfume and his was not cut, also his box had another cellophane wrap around the box. I contacted the store in Paris and went to the shop to solve the problem and get a refund or a new one. But they would not either of those two options. Therefore I contacted Arabian oud via Mail and again no solution. So now I have to make a chargeback through my bank to get the money blocked and returned. Will never recommend this Company and worst customer support Ever. PLEASE DONT BUY. Scammers.

I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered a perfume 10 days ago. The shipping has not been updated in over a week and I've sent Oud Arabian multiple emails requesting an update or refund and I've not received a response. I'll be cancelling the transaction and not ordering from these again. Better off on TikTok shop!

Bought W Eau DE PRFUM 100ml.

Always the best for not only the variety of ouds produce but the sheer quality - I am always complimented whenever I use Ehsas or Ehsas Khas. And this is before I touch upon the wonderful customer service at their outlets (especially in Westfield White City). Arabian Ouds fragrance offering beats all rivals, even the mainstream ouds by Versace and Hugo Boss (based on personal experience).

I purchased a bottle of Nobles from the Bluewater store on 12 June as a gift. When the box was opened, the bottle had visible scratches and an indentation, which is unacceptable for a fragrance costing £154.

I e-mailed Arabian Oud customer service on 14 June and sent a follow-up email several days later, but six days on I have received no response whatsoever.

Their website states that customer satisfaction is a priority, but my experience suggests otherwise. Poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. Once they have your money, they appear to have little interest in resolving customer issues.

I forced my self to give 1 star
Purchased a perfum never received it, or even the tracking number. The delivery timeframe has finished I tried contact them several times. The customer email keeping bounced back as fail delivered, never answered on the website chat. They seemed a scam company my advice DON’t BUY !

Preso Bullet profumeria, ottimo, persistente. Poi ho preso DESERT FALCON e Woody on line sul sito Arabian oud con sconto al 30% (Bullet a prezzo pieno) e purtroppo la resa di questi 2 prodotti si é rivelata deludente. La fragranza scompare dopo poco minuti, 10/20 a seconda di quanto se ne mette. Ho contattato l'assistenza ma non mi hanno degnato di risposta. La mia esperienza con Arabian oud finisce qua.

Do not trust!
Sold me a fake product and refuses to answer my emails, been over a month and they keep ignoring me. This happened in their Paris shop in march

Ordered for the 1st time 2 perfume, 1 was incorrect! The one I ordered was 53.99 the one I received was priced at 39.99! Emailed a couple of times but no response! DON NOT USE

At a time when I was searching for a fragrance to fit a very specific motif I had in mind i luckily happened to pass by Arabian Oud.

I’m a hard sell, but Shaima and Carolina are clearly articulate, experienced professionals that succeeded to make me feel im in good hands and the result will be positive.

Shaima listened to my dilemma and parameters and quickly filled the void missing in my mind of what smell I’m looking for.

I often spend time with peers, friends, and colleagues, and I like to bring my best, from presentation to fragrance, to the table. And I like to enjoy the surrounding smell on myself.

Once worn my social circle, friends, and family immediately noticed a change in the air, so to speak. The feedback was clear: an excellent fragrance choice.

The staff are competent, professional, friendly, and approachable. I felt welcomed throughout, and the whole experience came across as genuine, thoughtful, and well judged.

Highly recommended.

While Arabian Oud products are fantastic and occasionally you can get a great deal, I am very disappointed with who they choose for delivery companies. Most recent issue was choosing DHL ecommerce who do not bother attempting to deliver even though they claim to. After weeks of complaining I finally got a refund but lost out on the offer discount which is what made me make the purchase in the first place. I am now reluctant to ever buy on line from Arabian Oud ever again incase I don't get my delivery and/or refund. Such a shame.

Really poor product. Do not recommend. The smell lasts only a short while and even then you have to spray a lot! I took a chance on this and in the store in London I wouldn’t be surprised if they use a longer lasting one. Smells okay but really disappointed for the price! Customer services poor and do not care. I would avoid this company and look for something else.
