Great service. Ballpoint refills not available at other outlets but good price here and in use just two days after putting in the order. Couldn’t be better. Thanks.

I recently ordered a Rotring 0.25…

I recently ordered a Rotring 0.25 drawing pen nib but found it did not work properly. I thoroughly cleaned it and filled with new ink but still it did not function properly. I have never had a problem before with these pens and suspect a faulty batch. I cannot find the company's email to alert them to this problem.

Good experience

The ordering was straightforward as was the payment.
My order was delivered within timescale & not overly packaged.
The products were well made & do what they are intended to do …… write.
They are well balanced and comfortable to use.
