Ordered an orifice burner never received the part it was on back order about six weeks ago they did charge my CC for the part. Sent E-mails tried to call the mailbox is always full. no response to e-mails I guess I'm out that money thought this was a good site. The part is no longer needed would like my CC reimbursed. Our fridge drawer cracked in our RV. Found this replacement. This original replacement part fit perfectly and RV Fridge Guys had it for a slightly better price than the competition! I will check here FIRST for any other parts needs!

I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.

Did not receive product and money was taken out of my account. There is no communication on the status of the order

It’s been 11 days and my order is “awaiting shipment” when I call it goes straight to a cell voicemail, no response via email. I did receive a generic email asking if my order was received, but it hasn’t even been shipped. I’m going to have to put a dispute in with my bank to cancel this. Do not use these guys.

You charged my account for a part you don’t have and haven’t shipped. It is back ordered. I would like to cancel my order. I would not refer anybody to you.

Parts labled as good for the 1200 series norcold reefer. DO NOT WORK! After a wait, having to pick my own order up, and now I dont even have a fridge. damn.

SCAM company!!! I purchased an item and it was never shipped. It's been 3 mos. and have not been able to contact them or have any kind of response or communication. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I didn’t find out the part was back ordered until after the sale was completed.
They took my money 23 days ago but I haven’t received my part. I have tried to contact them by phone and their form on the web site to check on my part for 3 weeks now and have not had a reply back.
