Awful experience, very disappointed. After putting a deposit down on the car, I was given a date to come and pick it up. As I was on the way, they texted me to say it would not be ready to pick it and then gave me a new date. For a further 3 weeks they cancelled for one reason or another. Finally I got there signed all the paperwork and then they realised that they had forgotten to MOT it (as promised.) So then again I was sent away whilst they got that sorted. They assured me it would be delivered to mine the next day. When the next day came around I phoned them, the line was cut off and I received a text to say that they had gone home early today and that it would be delivered tomorrow. The next day, heard nothing so rang again. They told me I can’t have it that day as they can’t deliver it. I told them I would come and collect it, they told me I can’t as they haven’t got the handover sorted. I went anyway and collected the car. Nearly a month after I was supposed to have it I finally had it. Then when trying to SORN the car, the reference number they gave me was invalid. I phoned them and they explained it was because i was not yet the registered keeper and that it will update within 5 days. 2 weeks later, still not registered to me. It’s obvious they have not sent of for the log book as they said they had. So now I will need to pay to have it done myself. Service is just shocking to say the least. It is not worth it. AVOID.

I purchased a Volvo V50 from this company and having paid £250 deposit over the phone, paid balance of the £6,600 by bank transfer(this is clearly their only method of payment to ensure they have your money almost instantly) when I had taken vehicle for test drive. As I was about to leave their premises I discovered the screen washers failed to work, when telling the sales person he advised it was just a fuse and would take 10 minutes to sort. 1 Hour 30 mins later a mechanic turns up to take the car away, I questioned how long it would be and he advise 10-15 minutes he would update me, around 1 Hour later still nothing. I had been left wandering around in their showroom all of this time, treated as though I didn't exist. I had already advised my need to get away and being a very patient person then asked for courtesy car to get away, only to be advised these do not exist. By this time I have lost patience and trust in this company so asked them to refund my money. The Sales person disappeared into front office and returned to advise I could have my money back less £450 charges for returning vehicle within 7 days as per the contract I had signed on completion of payment. Reluctantly I accepted this offer and advised I would pursue the balance as a separate issue. 5 minutes later this women comes out and advises me I cant have a refund as there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and if I required my money back I needed to email admin@themotor group.co.uk.as neither her or the Sales Person had the authority to issue refunds. Having lost faith in this business and having exercised by right of return within 7 days(as per their contract) I left their premises and left the car with them. I then proceeded to write to them requesting my refund only to be ignored for 8 days and then receiving email refusing to give me refund and giving me 7 days to collect car before they would charge £10 per day plus VAT storage. I then sent further email which was ignored for several day and then responded to advising 7 day money back guarantee was only valid if the car was purchased from a distance and delivered. This I can assure you does not feature in their contact and when emailing them for proof of this they have ignored me. If anyone is mad enough to entertain this business DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK as their contract isn't worth the paper its printed on and the owner hides behind his sales person and clearly has experience in taking peoples money without any interest in customer satisfaction. I have only given this business1 star to enable writing this review, as believe me, 1 star is far too much for these people. I can only assume the five star reviews on their website have been posted by friends and family.

Do not buy a car from this place! I have had nothing but hassle for 4 months trying to return a car that was sold to me on finance with £5000 worth of damage on it new tyres needed no seat belt buckle on front passengers side. The garage told me sat nav was working at time of sale, took it to the manufacturer for a full service and was told it hadn't been working for several months as the antenna was broken. Rejected the car and waited 4 month for a refund. Awful customer service. Picked the car up 3rd or march iv finally received my refund 20th July after a lot of time and effort. Stay away from this place

Go elsewhere!!
Spend more and get decent customer service.
Nothing but hassle from start to giving up in despair.
Extra damage to vehicle upon collection, offered £50 to touch up myself.
Broke down 4 weeks after purchase, fuel injector failure.
Warranty they offer is virtually useless, just a very minimal cover and they dont answer phone.

I don't usually bother with reviews, although I always check them before buying something or going somewhere, I bought an Audi A4 2014 last September and have loved it, only problem I have had is the 2 front springs broke, but it does have 107k mileage. The staff were all friendly and eager to help, they fixed a few stone chips on the bonnet before I collected it as they promised, so I can't complain and I will go there first when the time comes for a replacement

Feedback regarding the recent delivery of the car that I purchased from you. I am disappointed with the late delivery of the car, as it was delivered to me around 10pm, making it difficult for me to thoroughly inspect it for any damages or issues, i had a flight next day going to my holiday.
Furthermore, I brought to your attention the scratches and paint issues the next day, before i did the payment saying i will be happy with the car, but after mention to him i am not happy he didn’t mention the scratches and paint off he said, "What do you expect from a used car?" I did called few times and emailed, waiting for a response reason been the person who deal with complaints works from home after few days i got an response saying to call the office. No solution to this,they not even answer to the last email. Avoid buying from this dealership.

First, and last experience of the Wisbeach branch.
I found the car that I liked on the website, phoned to check if it was still available and to double check no issues with the car as we had 1.5 hour travel time to get there.
Took it for a test run and told to "just take it up the road and back again and not to be too long"
Decided to purchase the car. Was pushed for the 12 month premium warranty,even though the car was outside the warranty criteria (AGENT KNEW THERE WERE ISSUES). In hindsight it then became apparent that the car was problematic and was sold with known issues that had tried to be repaired. Hence the reason pushed for the warranty. The engine management light came on within a day, car dealer said to go through the warranty, and would not accept the car back.

Next problem the V5, but next piece of the jigsaw. The agent, Issy, said would sort the V5. We waited 6+ weeks as instructed by DVLA, still no V5 and had to send the green slip with another form, which was returned and refused by DVLA as it was the not the most recent issued V5/new keeper slip, which cost me £25 to sort.

After spending out more more money at our garage for diagnostics, and going through warranty company we are still trying to get the car sorted 3 months later.

New parts had been put on the car prior to us purchasing car, and the trouble we've had to get the V5, makes us and our garage believe there were known faults when the car was sold to us, and someone had previously purchased the car and returned it as faulty, which is why the garage did not have the most recent V5 (as advised by DVLA)

Avoid this garage.
