I subscribed to Feedzy, but and once I'd set it up found I was getting quite a few duplications from the multiple sources I'd configured for the feeds. I contacted the Themeisle team for support but was informed that unfortunately they did not have a solution because of the way I'd set up the feed (to a Page using the Spectra Pro Block Editor). I told them it was not a show-stopper and I could live with the issue...so was not expecting to hear from them again. However, a few hours later a lady got in touch to tell me they had written a Plugin specifically for me to reduce the number of duplications. I've been working for IT companies for over 30 years and have rarely seen such great support! Well done Poonam Namdev!

It is a very good support, very short reaction time. I got at first a bot message with some interesting notes, but only because it was a weekend. First consultant send me a message on monday morning and then after a short time after my answers. I got two contacts later an important info to solve my problem. Many thanks!!!

I use the Neve Pro Theme for all my pages and I'm really happy with it. Really fast with Gutenberg and much Features. The Demos are good, only missing more animated Demos. But I modify them myself and they are looking amazing. It's really easy to start. The support is amazing. I love this Theme.

The support team at Themeisle always manage to fix my problems in a quick and efficient manner, and suggesting different ways to do things.

They even were available during the Christmas holiday period and maintained a high level of support during this time. Great experience!
