I like the Neve theme, I've used on multiple websites already. And the support team was very responsive as soon as I had a problem to solve.

A plugin that I installed was causing a website problem that I could not figure out. After reaching out to support, the issue was promptly diagnosed and solved. Thank you!

To me Neve is the best theme, is fast and simple to configure, even if I am not a developer, also good for seo. So I decided to upgrade to the pro plan.
Update: unfortunately I had to change theme because my site is bilingual and the plugins that Neve uses, otter and Neve pro, are not compatible with wpml. Which caused me a lot of inconvenience and technical problems for a long time before I discovered this and eventually solved changing theme.

Perfect tool for animated graphs and a great customer support

Using Neve, a fresh modern theme. It is also incredibly feature rich and I upgraded to pro. However with the features comes a little complexity and I was struggling with one thing. There support has been excellent going above and beyond to not just do it for me In Wordpress, but also record a video showing me what they were doing. This is both great for learning, but also gives a level of transparency. Superb service! Thank you
