If you intend charging for ANY extras then legally you should display them upfront and not have to be explained after waiting for an email to arrive. A most officious lady at Newmarket castigated me for not producing a "ticket" when I had paid to enter the track although I had told her 3 times that I hadn't been given one by the clerk on entry. Thereby inferring that I was a lying cheat. Charming!

How can an experienced jockey (david probert) get away with the worst ride ive seen in years on supreme king in 4.00 brighton, indecisive left right left right and from last to 2nd with plenty left in tank! I suggest david you get a job in mcdonalds as you are No jockey!!!

I wanted to credit or exchange my x4 ticket purchase as I found a voucher code to save myself some money but the customer service advisor wasn't very helpful and unable to resolve my query.

Rang ticket office to put my two tickets together as one is a recorded delivery, can not do !
Asked when they will be sent ?
Next couple of weeks , the meeting is two weeks time !! The service is totally indifferent, a I don’t really care attitude by the gentleman .
Shockingly bad , I have spent thousands with them over the years ……. Racing is really poor with its traditional customers, they just don’t care & I love horse racing . It’s such a shame as a customer you don’t seem to be valued

A very quick reply to my query re children's tickets . I hadn't selected one and they very kindly send they would post me one . Very impressed.

Excellent value for money - lots of space for a small family or a couple to spread out. Useful for eating breakfast and full fridge for drinks etc.
Can be accessed from outside or through Cosmo casino. We had a wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel tower. Small pool or can use the Cosmo's for free.

We are visiting with a child and elderly person for the first time so it was great to have all my questions answered for a less stressful day.

These discriminating morons will no longer let me into their racecourses because I don't use 'plastic'. I'm a 75-year -old disabled war veteran and was treated like royalty at Carlisle a couple of years' ago on the Remembrance Day meeting; I can't even get over the threshold now because I only use the bestial CASH. I've tried emailing them but they're too pig-ignorant to even reply. Well done,thou good and faithful servant, I hope they rot.

Increasing ticket prices closer to the event.

Bought 2 hospitality tickets for Cedric's which I paid 215 for each a few weeks back. Wanted to get 2 more and they have increased to 230z told this is normal. Normal? To increase a ticket price closer to the event? Maybe by a tout but not from an official source! Shocking rip off culture.

In response. I go to many sporting events and live events and have never seen prices increase officially closer to the event. Only touts and 3rd party sellers up prices.

Stop trying to justify trying to shaft people.

Haydock Park is now completely none family friendly. You can’t book child tickets online but have to ring a premium number to add them. They close the Befriendly entrance and cheaper tickets. You pay for Grandstand tickets to be able to sit on the grass in the Befriendly area.

I have always experienced good customer service but this time I was having problems separating 16 tickets sent to me and when I asked for help, I was sent each ticket individually. Saved me so much grief. Quick and excellent service. Thank you. 🤩

I had an issue with a ticket not showing correctly, I emailed them and they resolved this within an hour.

For the second year in succession, I’m experiencing tickets issues with the Jockey Club ref Aintree Tickets .
Last year was stressful …, this year is heading the same way .

I ordered tickets but put the wrong date in. I contacted the jc and they were changed and re sent in around 10 minutes.
