Ordered Tickets for Cheltenham but when confirmation received I noticed I had entered an incorrect address for the tickets to be sent out too. Emailed Jockey Club with correct address and within 12 hours received confirmation that my records had been updated with correct address. Now that's what I call fantastic Customer Service.

Having been a little confused regarding our party booking and omitted a child. Danielle replied within two hours and confirmed the additional ticket to be collected on the day .All great thanks and superb service.

We had a Table for 6 Gatecrashed in Moscow Flyer Marquee on the Gold Cup Day. The tickets had cost us £3,000.On the day menus were changed. One guest had a nut allergy, another did not eat beef. Told by Hospitality Manager Mr Toby Lewis that their Terms and Conditions allowed this….so half of the party did not have a meal all day.
As Club Members we decided to go outside the marquee to watch “live racing”we returned to find our table for the day had been gatecrashed by a group of opportunists that had got in using Owners and Trainers badges bought from touts and got around the venue security. Our table was overrun, our Champagne drunk a bar bill run up against our credit cards and our personal belongings disturbed and items taken. We complained to the Duty Manager who told us the room was covered by CCTV-and they would look into the matter and either way would put right our loss (either by a full refund or a re-run for free in 2025). We asked to speak again to Toby Lewis but after missing 2 more races because of waiting we were told he was in a meeting and told to go home. The following week we were told there was no CCTV in the tent and they denied any offer of compensation.
After weeks of complaining we got told by Claire Leonard, the hospitality Director that 2 out of the 6 could go to another Jockey Club racecourse and have a meal subject to availability. This would cost them around £200! Nowhere near what we paid for the Top Racing Day of the Jump Season. We were told she had the backing of Cheltenhams Chief Executive and if we were not happy with their remedy then take them to court.
We have perused this through the courts and we are waiting for the courts decision….
Interestingly the Jockey
Club asked for an extension during the claim but did not defend the claim within the time limit they were granted.
Never ever find yourself in our situation. Do not book any hospitality package at Cheltenham otherwise you could end up like us out of pocket and the day that we had waited for for months being ruined by the total incompetence of the Hospitality Director and the bullying culture of the top brass.

This booking is a gift. Firstly the JC decided that they wouldn't bother sending out the tickets (paid for) and decided instead to confirm by email. (postage refunded.) Leaving me with a crappy piece of paper to print and use as a present. Secondly the email confirmation doesn't contain a date for the meeting! The most basic information is missing. I suppose I can write it on. Really poor. Its a pity because the experience on the day is usually good.

I bought 4 tickets on-line for the 2025 Grand National in April. As one of my party can not attend I asked if we could get a refund or resell the tickets via via the Jokey Club. The event is sold out and the tickets do not get dispatched until the New Year. The Jockey Club would rather we sell the ticket on the black market. This demonstrates how they are completely inflexible even when they know that their inflexibility encourages ticked touting and criminality. Which at the end of the day puts the paying public at risk. Thanks Jokey Club. I have been to every Grand National since 1997. You never fail to let me down.

Booking tickets for the Christmas meeting at Cheltenham, we accidentally booked for both days instead of just the Saturday meeting. Being in Australia we thought it might've been an issue sorting our mistake out, but Zoe at TJC was outstanding, her replies were prompt and very, very helpful. TJC should be very proud of the work she does.

I purchased tickets for Cheltenham festival 2025 at the start of September, and subsequently Jockey Club released a 20% discount for purchasing multi days
When I enquired as to whether I could get the discount retrospectively, I was told flatly, no
Pretty annoying really, being penalised for buying early. Feel like I’ve been mugged a bit

Physically pushed at Aintree racecourse by a member of staff. On race day spoke to a member of staff and address by email where I was told it was being passed to a senior member of staff, have chased multiple times with no response. Member of staff physically assaulting me in and attempt to push me to the ground. This was addressed at the time to the member of staff why shouted at me in my face. This was witnessed by a member of the security team who was disgusted and attempted to help me with my complaint. Have gone through multiple channels with the jockey club with no assistance, will never be returning to Aintree unless this is addressed.
