I had the wrong name on my ticket and they responded quickly and sent me a new ticket promptly

I spent the time to change my address with you on 1st March to send the ticket too. It was clearly sent to my old address. Very poor and disappointing

I have never placed a bet but intended to yesterday at Cheltenham. After about two hours (and having selected the eventual winner and third horses!) I gave up.

I feel sure the process must be very simple. - select a betting agency, sign on, choose a venue, choose a race,, choose a horse, place a bet. But NO, I fell at the send hurdle hurdle. Where did I go wrong?

Awful policies and customer service, idiotic prices

Danielle was a great help when I was buying my Cheltenham ticket using the 18-24! I had lost the physical card and wasn’t sure whether I could get into the ground without it! However, Danielle left a note on the order for ticket office to see at the racecourse and has put my mind at ease! A great example of exceptional customer service

been waiting 6 weeks for my aintree tickets,,,each time i ask them when theyll be arriving,, get the same bullsh@@ answer,,,, youll get them in 2/3 weeks,,,,last year they arrived the day before raceday,,,, dont use them they are useless

Had deleted email for aintree my mistake and couldn't retrieve them.as I emptied my recycle bin also but a quick and prompt response and all was sorted instantly

Very helpful & prompt with it .. i ordered tickets by mistake for the wrong day & didn't realise until the day after .. they sorted it out for me very quickly & got back to me twice via email PDQ when i was in panick mode ..so all round very happy

Firstly, automatic acknowledgment of email and answer to query within 3 hours.

The tickets were delivered to another person in their envelope and I had a 60 mile round trip to go and collect them, I also paid extra for delivery to my address.

Bought tickets several years running for the Cheltenham festival for my husband.
Always received great customer service and prompt response to any queries.

It would help customers to have the option of selling their valid concert tickets online. The only other option is, to either exchange it for a different concert or you're out of pocket!

Requested refund for unused tickets at Market Rasen 26/12/23, took longer than normal but understandable over holiday period, still impressed by service after sending reminder. Many Thanks!

It was very easy to buy tickets as it has been when l have brought tickets previously.l did think the tickets might be slightly cheaper as just after Christmas and a expensive time of year

What a laborious process to give Jockey Club gift cards. The Jockey Club ought to try out their own website, instructions, information and telephone contact details - preferably using a mystery shopper. They don’t agree with my assessment of their poor customer service. Jockey Club are in denial yet the racing industry needs all the customers it can get.
I ended up printing out at my own expense 12 colour pages for the three couples I wanted to give vouchers to. (No £25 vouchers yet admission prices at some courses are £22) The Jockey Club telephone service is just recorded messages that don’t deal with queries about gift tokens. I couldn’t speak to a person, so I was instructed to email details of my queries. It’s taken 3 days, time and effort to get the tokens. It remains to be seen how difficult they turn out to be to redeem.
