End spoilt a lovely day
Had a great day at Sandown, excellent 80`s music on after racing , shame the end spoilt a lovely day . Bought a round of drinks just before the music finished , once the music was over staff instantly scuttle you out like cattle ,being told to move on we closed now & rushed towards the exit . We just wanted to relax & finish our drinks . The jockey club need to review there policy on how they treat customers when the event is over

Good day racing & music event
Great weather made a day at the racers perfect. Love the course at Sandown. Very clean areas and well looked after track. Staff always seem happy enough. Lost every race but still enjoyed the day. This music event was Tom Jones the legend. Very skilled singer and still has the voice at 85. Have seen him twice here and enjoyed both times. The stage is in a great location and can be seen in all directions. We will be back.

It was very easy to speak with the phone being picked up within 3 rings. I was booking tickets for live music and had never done this before.The person I spoke with was very friendly, when I explained what I it was explained clearly and I was even sent a link to make things easier for me. 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and would certainly use them again.

Spent a great day at Haydock with a few of my friends.The facilities as usual were excellent including bar service, immaculate toilets and food outlets and the general tidiness of the whole course.I would like to make a special mention about one particular member of the bar staff who we have encountered before at Haydock namely Anna.She is a credit to the Jockey Club ...hardworking, great personality with a real sunny disposition.Please pass our thanks on to her.

Any organisation that supports the abuse of horses where over 200 die each year on UK race tracks, not including those that are shot following injury afterwards, need to be stopped.

Poor, money grabbing service.
I’ve just been refused a refund for my tickets to the Derby which I am no longer able to attend.
I think three months notice would have justified a refund. But not according to The Jockey Club.
Is that even legal?

Subsequent to your reply, I note, with disappointment but not surprise, that you did not bother to reply. It simply proves that you do not care about your customers and that your replies to criticisms are simply wallpaper.

Mistakenly ordered Derby tickets for…
Mistakenly ordered Derby tickets for the QE11 stand, not realising that morning dress had to be worn. After initially emailing I was given a number to contact the ticket office.
Without any fuss they swapped the tickets over for the grandstand.

I had a problem regarrding my tickets…
I had a problem regarrding my tickets to the Festival and emailed Cheltenham on Sunday 23rd Feb at 6.30pm. An answer arrived at 10.30 am on Monday 24th. Even better, my problem had been resolved and fresh paperwork emailed to me immediately.
It may have been a routine query for the racecourse but from my perspective it was a 5 star response. Some other organisations would have made hard work of sorting out the issue so I was very happy.
