Avoid this scam company
Won’t refund money

Bought a diverter online as it said Instock
Then get a email saying it’s not instock so I asked for a refund
They still haven’t refunded me after a number of emails and phone calls ( they don’t answer the phone) this was 2 weeks ago and still haven’t had a refund
I have had to open a charge back with Barclaycard to get my money back.

fast reliable good delivery all excellent cauld not have
got better thanks

From my initial enquiry to ordering and delivery the service was outstanding. I needed some parts for a bottle gas boiler which had a relatively low cost.
On my enquiry Heatxchange check the parts were available from Vaillant, but only from Germany, on ordering they kept me informed of order progress and delivered them the next day once they had received them. Excellent service

Excellent service, next day delivery as promised. Had a query, and had email response within 5 minutes, true customer service. Heat Xchange will certainly be my first choice next time.

Shocking Service!
I Ordered the Item 3rd of May it's now the 18th and two Emails later and they replied it would be with me in a week still nothing. Can't get to talk to anyone. If the item is not in stock you would think they would contact you right away and say, instead they hold your money and give you no choice. I would not use this company again they need to think about their customers

Messaged them first to check availability of part. Responded within minutes to say part was available & even put my name on it. Ordered part which arrived well packaged next day.
Excellent service, will definitely be using again.

I ordered a Piezo spark generator on line from theheatxchange. The price was very competitive, and the delivery was very fast. I will use again.

All parts arrived and gas fire as good as new now. Top notch service from theheatxhange guys who managed to source some almost impossible to get parts for a 20 year old fire. They really knew their stuff. Great/quick responses to email/phone, sorted out a delivery that had been damaged in post effortlessly! Thanks so much, couldn't recommend you enought!

Placed order early morning with 5 to 7 day delivery. It arrived early the very next day. Saved me next day delivery charge. What a great service.

Quick delivery, branded parts, replied to emails within minutes.

Excellent communication from start to finish, very helpful through out the process of what I needed, would definitely recommend

Excellent 👌👌👌.
Very quick delivery. Fair priced and wide selection of stuff.
Customer service is excellent too. Thank you very much.

Genuine part at good price delivered within the promised timescale.
Email communication excellent, but a bit frustrating not to be able to speak by phone.
The only other comment I would like to make is that a despatch email telling me the courier and confirming the next day delivery would have reassured me. I did get an order confirmation when payment was made but then nothing until the courier contacted me the next morning.
Would use again, but would probably ask for despatch email specifically.

Easy to find what l wanted prompt delivery

Very helpful company, quick delivery, will definitely be using them again.

Great service all the time. Always going that extra mile to see to our needs

Always a pleasure to deal with, 10/10 service.
