This swivel coat hook is very special. It is both strong and beautiful, and so useful because it can hold may items and fold against the wall.

Ordered samples as couldn’t decide what size door knobs we needed, they arrived well packaged and in good time! The knobs are lovely quality will be purchasing a full set for our new kitchen!

The knobs weren’t the same as what was pictured on the website, which is a shame as they weren’t cheap and i spent ages finding ones i liked online. That said, the ones they sent are similar and good... Näytä lisää

So happy

I am thrilled with the brass knobs we chose and they came quickly and look great in my new kitchen. They are exactly what I had hoped for - sturdy & actual brass - worth the cost.

Cute bathroom accessories

The hooks, and toilet paper roll holder I ordered look great. Very pleased with them. It gives a bit of cute design to our new bathroom. Delivery was quick, no problems.

Terrible customer service

My issue with the company was not the quality of the product (which was good), but their refusal to give me a refund after I sent back items that I had ordered in the wrong colour. Tys, from customer services, acknowledged that the returned items had been received (totalling £200, so not an insignificant amount of money), but repeatedly told me that he had to obtain the Directors' sign-off for the refund. This was not sorted, despite my sending around 10 emails over two months. In the end, Tys completely ignored my emails. Thankfully, I had ordered through PayPal, so I managed to get the refund sorted via an alternative route. No apology or acknowledgement was given. Probably the worst customer service I have ever known. Buy on PayPal or a credit card to be protected if you order from this company.

Love these brass handles

Love these brass handles. Used these in our kitchen a few years ago (still gorgeous) and adding more hardware to another room now. Shipping was super fast in the USA.
