Ordered samples as couldn’t decide what size door knobs we needed, they arrived well packaged and in good time! The knobs are lovely quality will be purchasing a full set for our new kitchen!

The brackets were high quality

The brackets were high quality, well packaged, and very reasonably priced. My only gripe is they would not deliver to me in Belfast (despite having done so in the past), and I had to have them delivered to a relative in England, who then sent then on to me. It was a small package.

Beautiful website, excellent customer service, speedy fast shipping. But most important, absolutely gorgeous and high quality brass hardware at excellent prices. Highly recommend.

Good quality, but not what was advertised.

The knobs weren’t the same as what was pictured on the website, which is a shame as they weren’t cheap and i spent ages finding ones i liked online. That said, the ones they sent are similar and good quality and i have used them, as i couldn’t be bothered to trawl the internet, and go through the whole process again. Customer service was good, and they offered to cover the cost of the return, so you get an extra star for that!
