Great company
Very smooth transaction; efficient and responsive customer service; beautiful products; and speedy delivery - the perfect package! Easily the most trouble-free part of our ground floor renovation!
We bought rappana pull handles for our large new kitchen and ABI were the only company to have the type I wanted in the range of sizes (from small drawer pulls to large cabinet ones). We were able to save some money via our designer's discount and were very impressed with the fast delivery and good communication throughout. We also ordered a large single sink as ABI are the only company to offer that size with a wire grid included in the price.
Only slight complaint is that the prices went up in the six months from planning to buying so if you want something, order it quickly before the price hikes again!

Hi,
Thank you so much for the lovely review! We’re delighted the Rappana handles and large single sink were the easiest part of your renovation. We’re also glad our team’s communication and fast delivery made it smooth.
We appreciate your honest feedback on pricing. Like many suppliers, we’ve seen higher material and freight costs over the past year, and we try hard to keep any increases as small as we can.
Enjoy your beautiful new kitchen!
Kind regards

Prompt delivery. Nice Colour.
Prompt delivery, the product is well protected inside the packaging. The colour of the product is as expected. It goes nicely with the existing dark bronze wall‑mounted tap. No sharp edges, a smoother finish than anticipated. The item has not been fitted yet, so I can’t comment on the installation side of things.

Exceptional after-sales service
We purchased a number of products from ABI Interiors just over two years ago and have been extremely impressed with both the products and, more recently, the level of after-sales support.
When we experienced an issue with our kitchen tap, I contacted ABI and their response was exceptional. Despite the tap being over two years old, they arranged a complete replacement tap without hesitation, as well as supplying replacement parts for a couple of other ABI products we had experienced issues with.
I dealt with Robert throughout the process and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with — helpful, professional, responsive and genuinely interested in getting everything resolved.
It's very easy for a company to provide good service when you're initially making a purchase; I think the real measure of a company is how they look after you when something goes wrong. ABI Interiors have been magnificent in that respect.
Beautiful products backed up by genuinely outstanding customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from ABI Interiors again and would highly recommend them.
Five stars, very well deserved.
