Some of your products are better than others; no sure if all your claims are necessarily true! DPD are punctual but NEVER read their emails' this, I realise, is not under your control but very frustrating.

Poor Service
Delivery was delayed and because it was delayed the goods were a mushy mess. Very Very disappointed and all I got from Custom,er Services was , we will arrange a refund! No attempt to resolve the missing goods, so will not purchase from them again.

I really like the Salmon Portions. Great price. Fantastic packaging - BUT …. It always arrives defrosted. I really do not believe that it has been frozen at the outset, but it is always a concern.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our pricing and packaging! I am so glad to hear you enjoy the salmon, but I completely understand your concern regarding it arriving defrosted.
I want to reassure you that all of our salmon portions are indeed freshly pre-frozen at extremely low temperatures right after processing to lock in peak quality. However, they should absolutely be reaching your doorstep frozen/fridge temperature so they can be refrozen upon unpacking.
We never want you to worry about food safety or product quality and this has been raised with our packing team

Very pleased with my order placed on…
Very pleased with my order placed on 01/08/2026 of wild Atlantic lemon sole fillets they arrived very quickly and are delicious the only reason I have only left a 3 star review is the pricing structure of products my order consisted of 10 x 380 gram frozen wild Atlantic lemon sole fillets packed in 2s and 1 x wild plaice fillets packed in 2s 350 gram the total fish weight of entire order was4150 grams was £83 less 15% discount total for my order £70.55 with free delivery i was delighted with this deal however I have gone onto their website to do a Reorder and for the same order and same weight it was £258 and a 30% off offer which took it down to £180.60!!! which is an increase of £110.10!!!! I do hope this is a mistake as I want to continue with a regular order.I would appreciate a comment from the company on my review.Regards Graham Roberts.

Very good service
Very good service. My order arrived well packaged and still very frozen, considering it’s summer. The blue crabs had very generous amounts per pack and very tasty. Also when I missed one pack of red mullet I was refunded immediately with apologies. Will definitely buy again!!
