The bedding was delivered on time (pillow cases and fitted bottom sheet). It is so beautiful with a lovely sheen to it, like angel wings!

Last week, I ordered a king size Hungarian goose-down duvet to be delivered the following day (order #214090). I received an email twenty minutes later stating "[it] will now be despatched as soon as it is back in stock – a process which could take up to 6 weeks." Why did you not know about the delay when I ordered it? It's just incompetent. Your products are overpriced as it is - £330 for a duvet? - and not the sort of quality I'd expect for that money. I had one of these duvets "fail" (which you replaced), I've had numerous buttons break or come unattached from duvet covers, and all your sheets and pillow cases become threadbare, and tear after a couple of dozen washes. I shop with you out of loyalty, but I'm not getting much back in return; there are other places local to me which are now selling the equivalent products for less.

My parcel never turned up. Contacted Customer Service and after explaining the issue, he sorted everything out and I received my package the following day. Very impressive. Thank you 👍

I vary rarely leave reviews but feel I need to for this company.
I phoned initially for advice and yes got through to real people first time on both occasions. The advice from both people was very professional and more than useful to help me make my choice. I purchased a 13.5 and a 4.5 tog hungarian goose duvets, 900 fill, in emperor size together with duvet cover with 520 thread count and pillow cases. As soon as the order was made I was informed by the duvet store and very soon after was informed of delivery details. It was going to be delivered the next day but I was not available and through the delivery company delayed the order for 3 days. The process to change to delivery date was very simple with no strings attached. I simply received a new delivery date and time. I new where the package was at all times and it arrived exactly as promised. We made the bed with the new duvet which was pure quality as was the duvet cover and the pillow cases. The feel of the 520 thread count cover and pillow cases was beautiful and one of the best night's sleep, ever, followed. I will be going back to order additional duvet cover and pillow cases. A wonderful purchasing experience, advice and super friendly people to deal with. I would give 6 stars if it were possible. Many thanks

Purchased a goose down duvet, great quality for a good price. There was an issue with the original courier used (fedex) who failed to make the delivery, however once I notified them the duvet store arranged for a re delivery with an alternative courier DPD. Great customer service quickly putting right an issue which to be fair wasn’t of their making. Very happy 😀

The Quilt / Duvet is lovely and warm. 10/10
Good Constant Temperature.
(No feathers coming out/ No Bald Patches / a problem i noticed with other brands.)

Have made numerous purchases over the years - duvets, pillows, pillow protectors. The staff have always been very helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed and have pointed me in the right direction. My last purchase was for 4 x 30% less filling pillows which have worked out perfectly under a down filled pillow for just a little bit more support without adding too much height.
