We have purchased toppers, duvets and pillows from this company since 2016. The advice and products have both been amazing and as such although they may sometimes seem to be a little dearer than some other companies the products are proving to be real value for money.
For the first time, I purchased a couple of pillows that I felt were not quite right when I opened my parcel. I spoke to Marc who instantly offered some solutions. I asked if I could perhaps swop the first pillows for a slightly more expensive pair. I paid the difference and Marc immediately sent out the new pillows to me. As agreed, all I had to do was to swop the original items (packed in their original packaging) with the courier. The whole process was so easy for me. I am delighted to say that our new pillows (Hungarian Down) are perfect. Thank you Marc and Tony.

Just purchased a 520ct Snow White flat sheet. Washed before use to remove the sheen that comes with sateen sheets. The sheet is quite thick, stiff and crisp more like poplin I can only hope it will soften over time. The top band is very narrow as is the edging. Service was fast I always buy my duvets from this company which are excellent but not over impressed with the sheet.

Just washed and ironed my sheet for the 2nd time. No sign of softening, whiteness glows, so stiff it needed serious steam ironing to get the creases out. They may be 100% Egyptian cotton but still not the best quality or best manufacturing process I suspect. For over £70 I can't bin the sheet yet but this will never get soft it actually crackles I have reduced the star rating to 1.

Ordered a duvet from The duvet store years ago, still going strong. I needed a new one for another bed , so it made sense to use them again . Still the same service and quality, I’m very happy with my purchase.
