The Barcode Warehouse Arvostelua 

I've used Barcode Warehouse for many years without issue. However my latest (and last) experience with them has been terrible.
I bought a kitchen printer which had an intermittent fault, RMA'd it. So far so good. From this point on it was me, the customer who had do all of the chasing. 3 times I was told that someone would contact me and 3 times it was I who had to make contact.
I was told that the engineer could find no fault with the printer. I explained there clearly was a fault with the printer and it was agreed that a replacement would be sent...
One week later and no replacement had arrived, so yet again it was down to me to chase it up. There was no record of a replacement being sent nor the conversation that I had previously had.
I asked for a refund which I was told would be processed that day (2-3 working days to appear back on may card).
I called today to chase the refund and it still hadn't been processed.
In the meantime I ordered the same model of printer from another company which has had absolutely no problems what so ever.

Barcode Warehouse, you have lost a customer.

Bonnie, the lady that assisted me on the phone, had such amazing customer service that I had to send my praises. My order may have been small but it was urgent. She went above and beyond. Followed up with an email and CC'd me into the warehouse response so I could track the item all the way. THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. Barcode warehouse Thank you for caring about service.

I ordered zebra 101 label on 05/01/2024. Paid of £ 30.60. Waiting for months did not receive the order even no communication from them. After month waiting I called them where is my order, the women said your order is out of stock and we don’t know when it will be on stock. I asked her to refund the money, she said she will refund and it will be two weeks. What a rubbish pathetic and disgusting service. They are absolutely scam and robbing the people money. Still I am waiting for my refund. I have Sent the email no response. Every month I used about 6-10 labels for my store. Now I will tell every of my friends, families & colleagues about this rubbish, scam barcode where house ( warehouse) .

Good price, Excellent communications, Fast delivery with no fuss. Will certainly use again.

Glyn was a superstar, the level of knowledge was great and made sure my printer was connected and working efficiently.

Excellent customer service, concise friendly and informative over the phone.

Superb. Had an issue with the wi-fi connecting to my laptop for the thermal label printer. Called me back within 5 mins with an expert who fixed it within 10 mins via a screen share. Excellent customer service.

Next day delivery, great prices and people who know what they are talking about.

It's not often I feel compelled to log on to give positive reviews for a company, but Barcode Warehouse have been excellent from start to finish.

Problems getting the stock, but updates at every stage. Changes on our end meant we needed to return the order; we were informed and helped at every step even though it was a refund process. Can't speak highly enough.

I just wanted to say, that although I ended up cancelling my order, as my Wife surprised me with some mats for my new car, the customer service I received was outstanding!! Charlie very quickly responded to my cancellation request & was very understanding, professional & polite at all times. I really can’t thank Charlie enough for doing an exceptional job and going above & beyond to give amazing customer service!! Many thanks & Charlie. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Spent few hundred pounds and Bought 2 zebra printers in 3 years both developed exactly same problem printing blank labels or missing imprints. one of the printer is just over 1 year old and used only less than 6 weeks and not doing the job its suppose to do completely been ripped off.
Not happy at all.

We've used The Barcode Warehouse for years and they've never put a foot wrong, recently however a mistake was made on our end during a returns process and Charlie went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. He put us at ease and fixed our mistake incredibly quickly. He was extremely quick in responding to emails and was always cheerful.

Just another ecommerce firm back-dooring you on postage. It doesn't cost £9.95 to post a printer cable. Went on eBay, same cable, same price - free delivery.

Was struggling to get our wireless label printer set up. Phil from the IT department got it all sorted and set up for us remotely. Super friendly, super professional.

Horrible service, ordered with next day shipping, 6 days later not even a shipping notification. Contacted them twice and no answer. Filed for a dispute through paypal and I m waiting to see how this ends . NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
