The Gothic Shop Arvostelua 

My daughter wanted a skirt for her birthday that had sold out at the site I was going to purchase from so came across The Gothic Shop after some internet searching. Really glad I did, not only was the skirt in stock, it was slightly cheaper and arrived within a couple of days. No complaints at all and have given my daughter the URL so she can add to her favourites.

Have been ordering from here for the past three years. Great selection of gothic/alt cloths like Punk Rave Banned etc and accessories. Fast dispatch and arrive well on time. Definitely recommend this site.

Absolutely fantastic service all round. I ordered a face mask, which is beautifully made, fits really well, came with metal nose piece as well. Straps can be adjusted to suit your size. The shipping was super speedy and contact with the company has been extremely pleasant, very nice people! I would recommend massively! I actually also bought the skirt I wore for my wedding fron here last year and experience was the same, fantastic all round! Thank you!!

I've been shopping on and off with The Gothic Shop for years and have always been very pleased with their service. They send orders out quickly and unlike some of the bigger alternative companies who hold on to your money for weeks, The Gothic Shop handles returns extremely efficiently - I've even been refunded the same day a parcel arrives back to them. THAT'S how to do things! Free returns is a must these days, it gives you confidence shopping online when sizing can be variable, it's really great that they offer this. Love the touch of the sweets as well, sounds silly but I always get a little bit extra excited knowing there's a little treat waiting in the bag! It's the little touches ;). A company with integrity and the human touch. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

I've been shopping with the Gothic Shop on and off for years. I've never had any problems with them. Orders have arrived well packaged and in good time. The only time I received a faulty item, they got back in touch really quickly and sent a replacement item once I sent them pictures of the fault.

I use a few online retailers with absolute trust and confidence and I count these guys at The Gothic Shop amongst them! Orders always arrive as described and within a few days...my last order was for a Hell Bunny winter coat for my daughter; she loved it and wore it constantly through our recent harsh winter (she also looked great in it!). I purchased the Calista dress and a veil. When I got the veil, it was not what I wanted so I contacted The Gothic Shop and they ordered one in that wasn't even on their Site any more after I described what I wanted.
This Company is awesome. The Calista dress is beautiful - exactly what I was looking for and really good quality! The Veil is perfect - again, exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend these guys to anyone.
