Fabulous service. I paid extra postage for guaranteed delivery but as the dress was vastly reduced in the sale, was not concerned.

What fantastic speedy service the Gothic Shop provides! I ordered a corset dress for Whitby Goth Festival and I sent it back twice to get the correct size and every time I received my replacement within a couple of days. The final one fit perfectly and I was really pleased with the quality. Due to this very positive experience I also ordered my jewellery from them too.

I've only just discovered The Gothic Shop because I came across them by entering their Competition and discovered what amazing things they sell, the Gothic Cross Necklace caught my attention straight away and I'd love to win that!

I've bought from both The Gothic Shop and it's partner site Rockabilly Pinup many times and on every occasion I have been delighted with the fast and efficient service. The quality of clothing and jewellery is excellent and my other half always appreciates the little rolls of love hearts that come with them! With its variety The Gothic Shop UK knows no shortage of customers from all over the globe. I am one of those customers; I smile to myself every time knowing that I made an excellent and reasonably affordable purchase.
Now I am not saying that all goods sent internationally will find itself duty-free (so far, I only had 2 packages that came with a customs fee, but that was expected as they were worth more in merchandise value), but for the most part I received my goods free of duty charge.
Potential customers need not worry of lost mail as The Gothic Shop insists on the Royal Mail signed-for service. In the event of rare exceptions, I am sure The Gothic Shop and the client will come to a smooth compromise.
Now for the heart of the review -- what is the service like?
Excellent. Although I know my sizing, I always ask Julia or Neil, owners of the store, to confirm the sizing of the garment in question, so that I can avoid potential returns. And they always confirm in a timely manner. The last clothing item I ordered from The Gothic Shop was right around post- Christmas, pre-New Year of 2014, I don't remember the exact date; so the owners were off on a short holiday, but they still manage to find some time to confirm my sizing query.
And with that, I will reiterate stellar, stellar service.

Have bought clothing etc from The Gothic Shop before and have never been disappointed. Orders arrive quickly, huge selection of stock, loads of sale items regularly and friendly staff-what more could you ask for? This is the first (and usually only) online store i visit when i'm spending :) Love them and highly recommend!!

I've placed orders twice in The Gothic Shop, and both times they've sent everything I asked for in the times they mentioned in their website. The products they send are of a very good quality and are packed carefully, so they arrive here at their best, which is great considering Chile is very far from the origin country. I would totally recommend it!

Saw an amazing pair of leggings come through my Facebook feed - clicked on the link and was taken straight to the relevant page on The Gothic shop website. Only took a few minutes to work out sizing and price so it's dead easy to use. The best thing about it is that the leggings were delivered the NEXT DAY!!!!! I'll definitely order from here again

I ordered the brocade red dress and a pair of leggings, they arrived within 48 hours and the quality was excellent. I would definitely buy from The Gothic Shop again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought this to go to a 'formal' dinner with my husband - can't wait to see the face's of the other people! Not quite the usual formal dress - but ab fab for me. Looks brill on the hanger - delivered the next day - and soooooooo many more to choose from on the site. Just one problem (as I usually find) the sizing. Says to fit 18 but won't - but the perfect incentive to drop half a stone! Won't stop me from shopping from them again though - even if no special occasion coming up - just love the clothes!

they have great stuff and the price is not that bad even thow u have to pay 15 for the shipping is worth it especialy for me I buy everything on sale but to summon everything up I love it all the produkts and it dosent take that long for it to com :-)

I ordered a Bat Black Metal Venetian Atelier Mask from The Gothic Shop. I'm in the USA. The item arrived in less than two weeks in perfect condition! The mask looks so beautiful in the online photo, but it just doesn't compare to how incredibly gorgeous and well-crafted this mask is!!! I have a gothic Victorian masquerade ball to attend and I am going to be the envy of everyone there with this stunning mask! I will definitely be returning as a customer.
