I lost my veil with roses after being out in high winds, never noticed it come off, so went on the website immediately and bought it again and it arrived in a couple of days, I was so relieved as I really like this veil., no more wearing in high winds though.

Superb customer service! My order was quickly dispatched and delivery was free, but the best thing was that when I wanted to return the items, the returns process was so smooth and easy using Royal Mail website, and they even paid for it themselves. Free Delivery, Free Returns; didn't cost me a penny. Also, they processed the return within 24 hours of receiving it back.
