Bad to non existent packaging
Good turn around time, price and delivery. BUT very surprised my padel racket didnt come in a box for protection, it was just in a very loose mail bag. My partner ordered the same racket just in a different colour from another company the same week (they didnt have my colour), came in a box with wadding for extra protection. It would put me off ordering again.

Quick and as expected
I ordered a yonex ezone tennis racket, with a built up grip. The order was exactly as expected and arrived quickly. Would have no issues ordering from Tennis Nuts again.

I also called to ask a question before ordering and the lady who answered the phone on the customer service line was very polite and extremely helpful, so a positive experience all round. Thanks Tennisnuts :)
