Undelivered racket

Bought a badminton racket for next day delivery as a replacement racket for a tournament. 3 days later I was heading to the tournament and raquet did not arrive. Cancelled the order and still awating for the refund.

I had an excellent experience with the sales team, especially Dean Milcoy. After I placed an order through the website, the items went out of stock. The team reached out to me the very next day with alternative options. However, I preferred a higher-quality product, and upon my request, they arranged a quick and seamless process to upgrade my order.

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and support provided.

Good selection of products on sale

Good selection of products on sale. Happy with the purchase. I would have given five star but unfortunately, I had bad experience. I paid extra for next day delivery but my order was delivered one day late and my payment for next day delivery was not refunded.

DPD didn't deliver

The package didn't arrive. I paid for next day delivery. DPD app tells me today that it is being returned to you. I had to purchase a replacement racket from David Lloyd in order to have the gift in time for my Grandson's birthday. Please can you issue a refund

Excellent service

Excellent service. My order was received by me thé next day and exactly what I ordered. When I asked for advice, I was given really good advice. I was able to contact Tennis Nuts very easily, for me, that’s by phone, I shall be using Tennis Nuts again.
