Really good experience ordering from…

Really good experience ordering from this company. Fantastic customer service and support ,and unbelievably after placing my order on a Thursday I was in receipt of my purchase the morning after! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking a premier customer experience.

Dreadful customer service.

Absolutely Superb Product at a Great Price.

However;
I (reluctantly) paid £6.00 to have my Son's Racket delivered 'Next Day Delivery', in time for his Championship match the following day.
The Racket DID NOT arrive Next Day, as promised.
It arrived a day late & after sending a polite email, hoping to be reimbursed for the service I paid for but didn't receive, I am yet to get a response.
In summary,
Great Range of products but DREADFUL customer service.

Great customer service

Great service, part of order was delayed but they kept in touch to ensure both deliveries would be smooth and they use DPD so you get a designated one hour delivery slot.. perfect.
