From start to finish whole experience…

From start to finish whole experience was excellent. Ordering was easy . Ordered Sunday afternoon , had confirmation the order was being processed. Had a message Monday morning bed was delivered 3pm . Really good delivery. Bed good quality Thankyou

This is the second time of attempting…

This is the second time of attempting to use this company called Tender Sleep Furniture and after a second horrendous experience will never use again.

This was for a double bed for my daughter in her new home. Could not get a sensible delivery time and they did not respond to whatever date my daughter tried to ask for to fit in with her work shift pattern. We eventually sorted after numerous attempts of contact and delivered.
Due to the house having a very narrow stairway, we were unable to get it through. Tried many, many times to contact them to ask for them to take back or replace, to no avail.
We ended up having to keep the bed and giving it away and ordering from another company, which again was not an easy process.

No idea why many companies today do not respond in a timely manner to requests whether you are purchasing or not.
Either way, this was again a terrible experience and would not recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I bought a doble bed, with matress. The delivery arrived, only 1 person, and I had to help him moving the bed upstairs to the bedroom.
I told them that the bedroom was upstair and still sent one person.
The matress is still standing in the ground floor, because the guy couldn't take it upstair.
Don't buy here! After my complain they just did nothing.

Really good company to purchase from

Really good company to purchase from, 5 star service. Easy to order, smooth delivery service, ordered wednesday came Friday. Any worries or issues and a prompt whatsapp service is available and responded to rapidly. Very easy to assemble once delivered and true to its word good value for money.

Easy process from ordering to delivery

Easy process from ordering to delivery, great customer service and really pleased with the bed. Arrived exactly as stated and appreciated the affordability to upgrade my sons bed. Far better than a previous company I used for my other son’s bed upgrade. I would recommend from the experience I have had and use in the future if the requirement is there.

Unprofessional and rude company

I ordered a bed for my disabled son who lives alone, I was told on WhatsApp that it would be next day delivery. That following day I wanted confirmation that the delivery would be later that dat as I needed to be there when it arrives, I tried phoning customer services numerous times it was a waste of time, tried WhatsApp no response finally later that day I had a call to say delivery would happen between 4-6. We had taken my son’s old bed down and waited, the bed didn’t arrive. My son had to sleep on the mattress on the floor and had great difficulty getting up from it! The next day tried phoning, WhatsApp then finally rang the number of the person who’d phoned me the previous day and told him. Late in the afternoon I had a WhatsApp message to say it was arriving between 4-6, it came! I didn’t receive an apology o explanation as to why the bed wasn’t delivered! Unprofessional and rude company and the bed is poor quality!
